They arranged for a phone interview and if that int well, SitterFriends even provided a free 2.5 hour trial session to meet in person, ask more questions, get to know each other and most important, watch their interaction with my child. Since this initial trial, I now use the app almost daily to schedule this sitter when needed. She's prompt, polite, well mannered and most off all, very experienced.
