(I'll try to make this as brief as possible) When I PICKED my 3 year old up from this daycare (incident happened in the morning) I was informed that another 3 y/o had his hands in my daughters shorts. The teacher claims she was assisting other children in the restroom. I repeatedly asked to see the recording of the incident and was given the run around. Lucky for me I had the teacher write a statement for my own records. I withdrew my daughter and filed a complaint with Bright from the Start/DECAL. They investigated and found no evidence of poor supervision. I obtained a copy of their findings and to my surprise the daycare LIED!! They told the investigator that they never observed the boys hands in my daughters shorts!! That's PERJURY!! I was also surprised when I checked my credit report and Kiddie Kollege (H & A Credit) was listed. They charged me for her final week which was actually paid. They said they called trying to collect the balance but I pulled my call logs from ATT and I did not receive a single call from Kiddie Kollege or the collection agency. The place often times smelled like feces when I picked my child up. Probably from the babies with swollen diapers. **Please be advised that just because you file a complaint with decal it doesn't guarantee they will post the findings on their website. The info available on their website does not specify what incident occurred. I have informed DECAL and the perjury issue is now being investigated. We need to post our experiences on these public sites to warn other parents. I wont make this post all bad so I'll say the hours are great and Mrs. Nikki, who is no longer there, was a great help. FYI...THE OWNER, LINDA JOHNSON, WAS VERY NONCHALANT LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL.

Doing this during the Thanksgiving holiday season made it worse. An ethical business would let your members know well ahead of time. Secondly, every time you go, something is broken. The steam room was down for over 2.5 months. They fixed it and then it broke again. Then the pool was down twice in less than a month. No, you don't get to go up on my rates 15% while not providing services for months I'm paying for.

If your child takes lessons on the weekend, there is no one above age twenty, even managing the staff. Just because they're physically capable of passing swimming tests doesn't mean they're mature or possess any skills in communicating effectively with children. The wellness center is okay, but don't bother leaving a comment card or making a friendly suggestion. If the Y didn't think it up, it ain't happening. Don't expect the person at the wellness desk to do anything. It's just a young, apathetic person, who thinks he is paid, just to sit there and scroll through his telephone.​

My son immediately began to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally as a direct result of her implementation of an organized well-rounded curriculum, employment of competent, passionate educators who love all children, and holding staff to a higher level of educational excellence. Before Ms. Hudson arrived, there was excessive staff turnover, numerous incidents with staff and educators, and children were not benefiting from the advertised stem, music, art, and language classes. Ms. Hudson not only changed that, but organized learning in a structured format that focused on individual student needs and ensured children weren't overwhelmed. I also noticed that communication with parents improved under her leadership. She had several open channels of communication and any concern I expressed was addressed immediately and above satisfaction. Ms. Hudson was creating an environment that was safe for ALL children in East Cobb. I had confidence that my child would be well-cared for, safe, and that I would be treated with fairness and equity under her leadership. I do not feel as confident in the learning center now that she is gone. Hopefully they can find a new Director with the same values as Ms. Hudson. She really turned the school around in the short time she was there.
