Some fat lady with a big gap between her teeth that was supposed to care for my kid. Took my…read moredaughter when she was 2 years old to the restroom where there were no cameras and pulled her ear. All because the fat lady had no patience for my kids baby tantrum. She Could've told me she was acting up and let me discipline my own kid. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. And the way my daughter described this story I would never in my life thought I would hear those specific words come out of her tiny mouth. And she's not the type to make up stories at that age she could barely talk but that day she told me how the whole thing went down and I was pissed. Yall are lucky my mother raised a civilized gentleman. I don't recommend this place at all unless y'all like having your kids hurt by the adults that work here. My daughter is 6 and all her teachers since know how to handle kids way better than this place. Thank god I took her out the next day and I've been meaning to leave this rating on your step.

Very negligent, poorly run, horrible bookkeeping, malodorous…read more.. (I'll try to make this as brief as possible) When I PICKED my 3 year old up from this daycare (incident happened in the morning) I was informed that another 3 y/o had his hands in my daughters shorts. The teacher claims she was assisting other children in the restroom. I repeatedly asked to see the recording of the incident and was given the run around. Lucky for me I had the teacher write a statement for my own records. I withdrew my daughter and filed a complaint with Bright from the Start/DECAL. They investigated and found no evidence of poor supervision. I obtained a copy of their findings and to my surprise the daycare LIED!! They told the investigator that they never observed the boys hands in my daughters shorts!! That's PERJURY!! I was also surprised when I checked my credit report and Kiddie Kollege (H & A Credit) was listed. They charged me for her final week which was actually paid. They said they called trying to collect the balance but I pulled my call logs from ATT and I did not receive a single call from Kiddie Kollege or the collection agency. The place often times smelled like feces when I picked my child up. Probably from the babies with swollen diapers. **Please be advised that just because you file a complaint with decal it doesn't guarantee they will post the findings on their website. The info available on their website does not specify what incident occurred. I have informed DECAL and the perjury issue is now being investigated. We need to post our experiences on these public sites to warn other parents. I wont make this post all bad so I'll say the hours are great and Mrs. Nikki, who is no longer there, was a great help. FYI...THE OWNER, LINDA JOHNSON, WAS VERY NONCHALANT LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL.

I originally enjoyed being a member here. However, due to what I consider shady busy practices,…read moreI've moved on. Firstly, you don't send out an email 33 days before the new year to tell your members you're raising rates when they have 30 days to cancel due to the contract. Doing this during the Thanksgiving holiday season made it worse. An ethical business would let your members know well ahead of time. Secondly, every time you go, something is broken. The steam room was down for over 2.5 months. They fixed it and then it broke again. Then the pool was down twice in less than a month. No, you don't get to go up on my rates 15% while not providing services for months I'm paying for.

I have also seen an instructor grab a child by his shirt to lift him out of the shallow end. If you raise the issue with the aquatics director, it's a waste of breath, because nothing will change. If your child takes lessons on the weekend, there is no one above age twenty, even managing the staff. Just because they're physically capable of passing swimming tests doesn't mean they're mature or possess any skills in communicating effectively with children. The wellness center is okay, but don't bother leaving a comment card or making a friendly suggestion. If the Y didn't think it up, it ain't happening. Don't expect the person at the wellness desk to do anything. It's just a young, apathetic person, who thinks he is paid, just to sit there and scroll through his telephone.

The staff are exceptional, our children have thrived there, we always feel welcomed, and we appreciate the communication about how everything is going regarding both general operations and our children's progress. Our oldest has learned so much and loves her friends and teachers! Our youngest is so loved and is always smiling! As parents, we enjoy the rich curriculum that has a nice balance of structured learning, free choice, sensory exploration, music and movement, art, and lots of outdoor time. For our infant, we love that she spends her day getting lots of tummy time and cuddles with her teachers as well as story time, sensory play and music. Every teacher, floater, and leadership team member know our children by name and greet us at the door each morning. The Procare App is great at keeping us updated all day including lots of pictures and videos! Primrose goes above and beyond in many ways! When our second was born, they had food delivered to our home and got our oldest a "big sister" gift which made her feel so special. When our youngest was hospitalized, the owner made sure to greet me on her first day back and check in on how she was doing. When our children are sick, someone calls to check in on them. There are several events throughout the year that provide opportunities to get to know the families at the school. Primrose East Cobb Sprayberry is a sweet school that feels like a family and our daughters have thrived here!

All the good ones either quit or were fired. I knew it could get ugly when the last director retired. She was outstanding!! I had no idea how the atmosphere would chance. My granddaughter was pulled out of there as soon as we were able to transition her somewhere else. Faith clearly has a big problem with other skin, complexion's lighter than her own, as well as Caucasians!! I am really hoping that KinderCare does the right thing and gets rid of this lady. She's not fit to be around children let alone adults.

Although a good school initially, Creme de la Creme truly started to thrive as a Learning Center…read moreunder the direction of Ms. Hudson. When Ms. Hudson assumed leadership, she provided an environment that was safe, nurturing, and inclusive for all children, which hasn't always been the case at Creme. My son immediately began to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally as a direct result of her implementation of an organized well-rounded curriculum, employment of competent, passionate educators who love all children, and holding staff to a higher level of educational excellence. Before Ms. Hudson arrived, there was excessive staff turnover, numerous incidents with staff and educators, and children were not benefiting from the advertised stem, music, art, and language classes. Ms. Hudson not only changed that, but organized learning in a structured format that focused on individual student needs and ensured children weren't overwhelmed. I also noticed that communication with parents improved under her leadership. She had several open channels of communication and any concern I expressed was addressed immediately and above satisfaction. Ms. Hudson was creating an environment that was safe for ALL children in East Cobb. I had confidence that my child would be well-cared for, safe, and that I would be treated with fairness and equity under her leadership. I do not feel as confident in the learning center now that she is gone. Hopefully they can find a new Director with the same values as Ms. Hudson. She really turned the school around in the short time she was there.
