My first appointment, Tiana focused on my back for about 45 minutes, and then did some quick but thorough work on my feet. I left feeling better. My second appointment...it was a dream. Same issues, but I asked her to split the focus more evenly on my legs/feet and back. So she spent about 30 minutes on each side. The pressure was perfect, and she practically intuited exactly where I needed the help. It was literally probably the best massage I've ever had. I was so relaxed and felt so much better. My husband even noticed a change in my mood over the next day or so. Aside from the massages themselves, I've found Tiana to be professional, friendly, and kind. I had a somewhat difficult time scheduling my first appointment, but I believe this was due to her recent location move, and she's a one woman show and deserves a little grace. I've had no hesitations recommending her to other pregnant friends, and plan to return for some post-natal TLC.

Not sure how long they have been there but glad I found it. It was very warm when I walked in but somehow, my body acclimated to the temperature which was interesting to me. You can book online or call to make an appointment. After seeing the services, I decided to do the hour massage for ($45) which I paid for in advance when booking online. Kenyatta was my massage therapist and she is a delight to meet. She also sells other products for purchase. The massage room was a nice size, smelled amazing and had great peaceful energy. She asked what I wanted her to focus on, and the type of pressure I wanted. I told her to go with what she felt but there were a couple of target areas of focus. All I can say is she has a gift and knows how to pay attention to client needs and even finding areas of concern you may not be aware of. She used oil instead of lotion and released all of the tension I had and I felt more flexible when done. I am already booked to go back next month! Try her out!

They also give you a heated pad for your neck(which adds to the relaxation). China did not rush on my service and she was so sweet. Request here when you visit. I will definitely visit again soon. Once I was taken back, I was shocked about the decor and vibes - it felt like a true spa unlike other reflexology places I've been to. My masseuse was friendly and you can tell she cared about the experience - it was a great session. To top it off, she re-lotioned my feet and legs which is appreciated The only thing is that I can see how parking may be challenging since it's only street parking, but I found something right away (a Sunday afternoon). Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by the owners daughter. She had a very pleasant demeanor. She offered us drink option. I decided to have a cup of tea. We did have to sign a few liability documents. This form also discussed the various benefits of the services provided. We were given a tour of the facility. They have done an amazing job decorating this spa! Each room has a different purpose. For example, there is a room for the v steams, foot detox service, salt room, a massage room and a VIP room. The VIP. Room is essentially a salt room, however, peppermint is infused when you book this room. This was my first time doing a v steam. we were given robes to cover the bottom portion of our body. We were instructed to straddle a pot that included the steamed herbs. When I tell you it got a little warm!! We were given instructs to fan ourselves with the robe when we did get too hot. I don't know much about this service, so I can't compare it to anything else. For me, I don't have to do it again. We were given an option for sage to burn during this service. That was a nice addition. The salt room was very relaxing to me . If my friend and I were not talking I am certain I would have been asleep! Additionally I slept like a baby the night I indulged in this service. I typically wake up several times during the night. I did not wake up one time the night I had this experience! I encourage you to support this small business
