The sign-up was easy and I spoke to people in their local office, not an offshore central call center which handles multiple companies. Chris met with us quickly and was happy to do the system exactly how I wanted it, with quality parts from some of the best manufacturers with solid warranties. He was happy to install some other equipment I bought and set up my over the top redundancies so we will always have the ability to service the system at any time without losing water access. Chris is really a straightforward and down to earth guy who uses industry standard gear all the way up to complete overkill and doesn't try to upsell at all.
