Primo Water, Crystal Springs, now Ready Refresh I stopped receiving water on 5/16/25 but was still being charged. I never received a call, text message, smoke signal, or pigeon to let me know they were not coming. By July I had enough, I spend 4 hours waiting on customer service I had been canceled at least 5 times just waiting on water. They gave 10 excuses after show my frustration. They told me that the earliest they could pick there equipment and empty bottles was mid August. I said wrong answer make it sooner it just taking up space in my home. The merger was the worst thing for the customer. The service from Primo Water was slow from the start it just completely stop when Ready Refresh took over nightmare!!!! For some reason, I've stopped receiving water never received a return call and still waiting on the water. I ordered water for 4/8. Never received it. I made countless of calls to get nowhere and as of today I still have no water. I have a scheduled date of Monday the 14th for some strange reason it's not the people answering the phones. It's the distribution center, and the drivers where the breakdown is they always say I'm gonna have a driver to call you. They never call. We began this service and the delivery and quality was what we expected. Great tasting water an on time delivery. Since then, we have had 2 instances when we went several months with no delivery or an explanation why. Customer service has only been able to take the call but not really assist in resolving the issue. Last year we had an issue with the water cooler, which also took several months to resolve. My service has completely stopped even though I'm still being billed. I have several empty bottles and coolers to be picked up and I have not received my May order (whose delivery date has been pushed back twice from 5/14 to 5/21, then to 5/27, which was a no-show). Now, my account says I will not receive delivery until mid-June, even though I've been billed for the month of May. Deliveries have been late for months now. Since the merger with Primo, I cannot get through by phone because no one answers the phone line for existing customers and the call drops after 45 minutes on hold. The customer service reps for new customers are the only humans accessible and all they can do is transfer you to the existing customer line (they can't even access existing customer's account). I have tried calling for several days across multiple weeks with no luck and no service. This has been extremely frustrating as a long-term customer who used to receive great service from Crystal Springs. Things are an absolute nightmare now. Unfortunately, I cannot give this company zero stars. I would caution anyone considering Crystal Springs Primo water delivery. Both their billing practices and delivery service are poor. The driver servicing our area in Atlanta is unprofessional and argumentative, with a poor attitude. The company does not listen to customer requests, and drivers, who work on commission, delivered six 5-gallon bottles even though we did not need them. I have already called to cancel our service. Two weeks ago we signed up with Crystal Springs, We started with 5 bottles 2-purified and 3-spring. We started off with one spring water; didn't like the taste so we switched to the purified water.We drank the two purified and were fine with it. I called in to customer service and requested 6 bottles of Purified water. The best way to rate the delivery service is by saying we have not had one since December 2022. I have placed calls, emails countless number of times to get a delivery and pick up of the empty bottles to no avail. In the most recent call, a week ago, the rep stated that she literally saw all the calls and messages and missed deliveries on my account. She stated that she would escalate to a manager, give my phone number to the drive to connect the day of delivery and she promised a delivery for the following Monday...still no delivery. My last call to Customer service resulted in a disconnection after 34 minutes on hold. Needless to say after all these years I will be cancelling our accounts for both Atlanta and Savannah area. I will also share this with all of my friends in the business to not support this company. This level of unprofessionalism is epic! I had to constantly call and chase after a service I paid for! For days! Crazy right? Second delivery rolls around and the SAME thing. They never reach out. Days go by and I don't have clean water. I actually ran to publix & grabbed 2 giant 2.5 gal jug myself. After a week of no delivery I called & cancelled the entire service & account altogether. Good riddance. We were having Mountain Valley Spring Water delivered to our house every 2 weeks. We have called almost a dozen times since May to schedule or ask why a scheduled delivery wasn't made and then cancelled our account out of frustration. We constantly are getting deliveries from many companies without issue and don't understand why no matter how many times we call to beg your company to pick up our bottles you make promises to pick up the water and schedule it but you never come. Horrible service before it even started! Two weeks ago I called Crystal Springs to set up a new water delivery account with them. I was told that my first delivery would be the following Friday. Friday came and went, no delivery. I called them that Friday evening and was given some excuse about them not having the time to make the delivery & got rescheduled for the following Monday. Monday rolls around and at 3pm and still no delivery, I call again. They say I'm on the schedule and they will reach out to driver and have him call me with an ETA. No call & no delivery. So that's 2 days in a row that I was supposed to get my water that I did not. Monday evening I call to lodge a complaint and cancel my service that had been pushed a 3rd time to Tuesday. Their call center seemed to care and apologized for the local branches oversight. I wanted direct contact information for the Kennesaw branch since they were the one dropping the ball. They would not give me their telephone number, no email and no the manager name. The lady said she called the manager and left him a message to call me. Did I get a call? NO! The reliability of the delivery service is AWFUL!! I have not received an order for nearly two months. They never reach out to customers to say why they're not showing up until the following day through email. A customer service agent actually told me, "well you can take your bottles to a grocery store filling station." Really???
