The office is emacaulently clean. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The ladies at the front desk make sure that you get the whole package of what your insurance is paying for , and if you are unclear of your dental benefits these ladies will investigate to get you completely taken care of. The hygenesist is extremely kind and caring , and if they notice something abnormal they will follow up, the dentist will double check everyone's work to make sure that your visit was top notch and you received the best care from the minute you walk in. I have never at no doctors office seen such a group of people to all work hand in hand and love their job so much that it truly reflected in your overall visit. Everyone at this office is top notch professional and kind. They should if not be alamance county's dentist of the year. I know personally if anyone ask looking for a good dentist I always refer them to Saxena dentistry. Check Saxena's office out it will not disappoint!! The absolute worst experience I ever had! Completely ruined my mouth I first saw Dr. Saxena when I was around 12 or 13 years old...a very pleasant doctor. She said I needed 3 fillings on 2 bottom molars and 1 top molar. The filling in the top molar is still there to this day and I'm almost 28 years old now; but the 2 on the bottom became a disaster because pieces started falling out over the course of just the following month. I was devastated at the thought of even having to go back to the dentist so since it did not cause any pain, I kept quiet. I remained silent until one day the thin enamel left chipped off completely while I was chewing. I began experiencing excruciating pain, not just in the gum line, but in my jawbone as well. I finally saw another dentist and was told that decay had taken over where the filling was and that I needed a root canal. I chose to have the one causing me the most pain extracted because the price was more affordable than the root canal. Bottom line, I went in to have a filling and ended up with much bigger problems. read more

One word: awesome! It was the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff there were excellent. Amy has such a gentle and steady hand that I barely even felt when she was cleaning my teeth.
