Our room key never unlocks the outside side door. We always have to walk around to the front doors. Even after having the front office clerk reprogram it. No remote for the TV when we arrived. They brought us different ones after check in and none of them worked. They finally brought us one that works the next day. The trim between the ceramic tile and vinyl floor comes up making a tripping hazard. We will not come back here.
