    Bench with many stains

    The Hotel pictures online are not what it looks like. It was absolutely disgusting we could not even stay a night because it was so horrible. The bed sheets were inside out because there was stains and mold on them. The curtains were ripped and stained. The door did not seal all the way. The floor was not clean at all and there was food crumbs everywhere, we did not eat in there.

    Even though the Baymont is off a busy street, we had a corner back room which was quiet. Our check in was easy and quick. In the room, we had plenty of plugs and outlets for our electronics, and the room was well lit. The AC put out cold air, but took an hour to cool the room. We liked having the microwave to heat up leftover pizza, and we used the small fridge for drinks. We did not use the coffee maker and coffee, but we did channel surf the many channels on the flat screen TV. Also liked having a comfy chair in the corner, and a desk area. The king size bed was comfortable and clean, and we each had a side table with light. Breakfast was okay: four cereals to choose from, 2 juices (apple & orange), bagels, muffins, apples, waffles. The room has 5 tables and 20 chairs. It's a tight squeeze, so we took our breakfast back to our room.

    This place is beyond disgusting, if I didn't book through a third party app and originally reserved direct I would have been SOL. They didn't care whatsoever about my accommodations. It was almost impossible to get switched to a different room because there was def no refund. Bugs under the mattress. Liquid on the walls/sheets/curtains etc. empty food items. Hair...blood on my sheets I asked to be switched 3 times. My key card stopped working random (an I know from past experience to keep it separate from wallet cards keys etc.) an nobody was at the front desk I had to chase down the janitor an convince them to open my room.

    Thought this would me a nice place to stay. The room smelled awful, went to Walmart and got a couple room fresheners. Cleaned the A/C filters. The room didn't have smoke detector either. They didn't have the dates right and had to add an additional day, and house keeping tried getting me out twice, but I paid for the extra night at check in, it was annoying after I told them the 1st time. Room 208.

    Easily the worst and dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Our room hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupant. Long dark hair on the pillow. Bloodstains on the sheets. Bugs in the bathroom. Trash in the ice buckets. A french fry behind the pillow. Dirty socks in the dresser. On and on and on. The entire hotel was dirty, nothing was properly stocked, the phones don't have any cords on them, the AC barely works, and the management would do nothing about it. The nigh management can't offer any kind of solutions and the day manager just walked off when I complained, told me to call corporate, and shouted "have a nice day". Ny 62 year old father was expected to sleep in a room that hadn't been cleaned during a global pandemic. There are cleaner roach motels than this dump. Don't stay here if you value your health and safety.

    This is the worst hotel. PERIOD. I made reservations & told them i would not be arriving till 8 or 9 pm. The girl who took reservations did not ask for a credit card & since i am Wyndham rewards member with over 60,000 points. I didn't think anything out of normal. I arrived at 8:45 & waited for police to leave the desk. So at 9. The woman at the desk told me they cancelled my reservation at 4pm. Because, there was no card on file. So, i said ok. What do you have available? She say nothing. I'm like excuse me? There is nothing available. But, there are other hotels. So after an hr and half. I finally found a room at the econlodge at 11pm. What efn madness!! No sympathy, no concern, no empathy & most importantly no customer service at all. I would never recommend this place. Save your money & go somewhere else

    Dirty tub

    Hotel is not worth one star! Absolutely disgusting! I checked in and they gave me a room I walked in and it smell gross then I walked into the bathroom and it had not been cleaned at all. There was a towel around the toilet like it had been leaking and the towels were gross. So I walked down and got another room but this one was not much better. You would think with COVID they would have better cleaning standards but no. There are bugs and hair in the bathtub and stained towels. Then I took my kids swimming and a worker came out and said my kids are too little to swim in the pool and they had to get out. There are 10, 7, and 4 and there are no signs stating no kids in the pool. So I packed up and we left early.

    Room 214 was infested with German Cockroaches when we stayed Dec 4/5, 2021. My wife woke up at 2am flinging them off her. When she woke up, she found them in her night clothes. The clerk offered no compensation of any kind for the HORRIBLE stay.

    Can't give it less stars. Turned around and the front desk was not shocked. Brown stained linens says it all. Very beaten up exterior.

    Place is filthy. Looks like a crack house. I paid 120 for the night. Never again. The hot breakfast is continental with hot waffles

    I reserved an accessible room on Expedia. Nowhere on the itinerary did it show it was accessible…read more Called Expedia and the hotel and was told I could not confirm if it was accessible until I got to the hotel. I got to the hotel and was told it was not accessible. I was told I could cancel but only right then and I could not see the room first. We got to the room and the room was nothing like the pictures. There was mold in the window, on the walls, on the ceiling, in the tub, the fridge door was rusted over, and the top of the fridge looked like it was hit with a sledgehammer. I was told it was too late to cancel and get a refund. Expedia was no help even though I purchased the booking protection. The hotel was horrible and no one should stay there and the health department should shut them down.

Also, this time around, there were 2 trash cans in the room and there was Kleenex/facial tissue instead of an empty tissue box cover.

This is my first business tag along with him this year. The Quality Inn in Crestview is our second hotel this trip. We stayed in Room 131. It is closest to an outside door. We have a dog so that makes it easier to let him out. My first complaint is No hot water in the shower. I hate hate taking cold or cool showers. Making a cup of tea at 1:30 am this morning and saw a German cock roach scurry across the floor. Killed it with a shoe. Creeps me out. Door handle is loose. Our room key never unlocks the outside side door. We always have to walk around to the front doors. Even after having the front office clerk reprogram it. No remote for the TV when we arrived. They brought us different ones after check in and none of them worked. They finally brought us one that works the next day. The trim between the ceramic tile and vinyl floor comes up making a tripping hazard. We will not come back here.

It took about a half hour just to check in and this made me late for dinner plans. She finally just gave me a room key and mumbled the room number. I could barely understand anything she was saying. The room itself was clean, but had a strong, musty odor. The air conditioner was set to 60 degrees, but did not cool down the room at all. I would recommend that NO ONE stay at this motel. Spend the extra $10 and stay at the Super 8 or Motel 6 or sleep in your car. It seems like these owners feel into the "hospitality" industry and have no idea what they're doing. Also, don't step outside. Really. All the locals here look like meth addicts. I wonder if the Hilton family knows that these owners are pawning off of their name.
