There were other great options too! So this would be a solid date spot or meeting with friends so everyone can get something they like. There is a fair amount of seating inside and a fair amount of seating outside on a patio. There really isn't a view for the patio. There are free parking lots across the street though! Service: This is where they lost a star from us. The woman who took our order had no energy, wasn't very friendly and just looked annoyed we were ordering. I had heard good things about the service, so this was a bummer. The food: We got them take out wings and each got the pork ramen. The wings are very good, but best in twin cities? No. Are they worth getting? If you love a crunchy wing, then yes! The ramen had the most flavorful broth!! Oh my goodness it was rich and full of flavor! The noddles were cooked perfectly! Definitely one of the best ramen dishes I have had in the twin cities! We would have tried the ribs but they were all out of :( Definitely check this place out!

Recently, I started coming for the food dinner and realized I was missing a lot. Their menu is very thoughtful in each dish has a nice variety of textures and flavors. I will say that their Ramen is one of the best in town. I think really what sets it apart is the broth being super in depth and they grill the pork belly which makes it really smoky and tender. This time I branched out and got the grilled squid as well and it was exceptional. The soy ginger glaze on it was incredible. The only few downsides I think I've noticed is service can be a little bit hit or miss which is surprising how small the places. Even when sitting at the bar, it took a little bit to get their attention. Also, I've tried a few of the cocktails and for the main part they just taste like alcohol with a soda. They sound extremely creative on the menu, but the balance isn't there. Either way I've typically gotten sake as they have a nice little selection. Overall, I love the whole vibe of this place. I always enjoy being able to see people make sushi. It's very open yet. Doesn't get overwhelmingly loud. Definitely my top three Japanese spots in Minneapolis.

Drinks: The Last Samurai cocktail & the Imposter Among Us mocktail were both delightful. Love the unique drink options, and the two we had were executed beautifully. Sushi: Unfortunately, the sushi was a bit disappointing. We had the hotate yuzu, Suzuki oshizushi, tamago nigiri, and the futomaki. The rice was unfortunately undercooked, and also too lightly seasoned. The tamago was alright, the futomaki was very good though. Dessert: The yuzu custard - one of my favorite desserts I've eaten in a long time. Definitely the best thing we had and I would absolutely get it again. Service: Our service was pretty good. I did watch one of the other servers grab soup spoons by the part you eat from and then bring them to a table which was concerning. Note: For anyone with dietary specifications: they offered gluten free soy sauce, and the custard was a vegan dessert and it was delightful.

This conveniently located hot pot restaurant is connected to a ramen, matcha, and bakery shop (maybe the same owners...). There is ample seating space and I sat down, immediately. Ordering is simple-- everything is done on a tablet. There is a small but good fruit/salad/sauce bar. I am not a big hot pot person, but I liked this place. Pros: Very speedy service. They have robot waiters! Lunch price is really reasonable Do not sleep on the fruit or cold salad options Cons: The broths were all kind of watered down. After every "top off", the broths started to taste the same.

So, if you want bigger space to yourself, this might not be the best to go for you! Appetizers were really yummy with good options (mostly Asian but you can also get French fries and stuff)! Sesame balls are definitely worth to try! No dessert other than fruits. Lots of seafood options. Some of the meatballs are a lil interesting with sauce/mayo fillings. And we weren't a fan of those. Service was good but it was weird that we paid before being seated including tips. I personally prefer the Sichuan broth but if you are not good with spices, Korean seafood broth is a good option! We also ordered from a tablet for meat and vegetables so that made things easier.

Each dish was super flavorful and had a good amount of kick but not too much for the midwestern palate IMO. The Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes were INCREDIBLE and I loved the beef rendang and fish sauce caramel pork were delicious too. Don't skip on the bread pudding for dessert. The only slight miss for me were the spring rolls but just due to personal preference. Highly recommend!

The interior is going for pacific coastal vibes with fun colors, bountiful foliage and tiki decor. We started with the English Pea Wontons which provides a few bites of wontons soaked in the delicious Tom Kha coconut broth. Next, the Fried Brussel Sprouts with the sweet and savory dressing and pork belly is a new personal favorite take on the popular side dish. The Beef Rendang was a delightful mix of spice, herbs, coconut, and tamarind. The beef was tender and the broth was perfectly rich! The toasted coconut milkjam ice cream was an odd, crumbling, dry texture that was not enjoyable. Might be the worst dairy free ice cream I've had unfortunately. The service was very attentive, friendly and helpful and I'm excited to return!
