No other handyman bothered to respond except Bernie as the repair had to be done from under the house via the crawlspace. Bernie came and gave a detailed estimate and also went under the house into the crawlspace and took pictures and measurements. We scheduled the job and Bernie came exactly on time and made the repair with no complaining about the fact that working in a crawlspace is pretty hard to do and makes the job much more difficult. From what I understand my contractor is still fighting with them over this. Be aware if you deal with Triangle. Beware of the song and dance.

I have a masonry fireplace and was resigned to having it undercut, but the installers went out of their way to manage it so they didn't have to. My only regret is that I didn't tip his guys MORE.
