They do an amazing job of creating a calm and relaxing environment for both owner and fur kid. Dr. Kucia took time to examine my cat with care and made him feel at ease, I've never seen him so relaxed at the vet! She explained everything to me and made me feel at ease as well (I was having some pet mom guilt). Rachel and Dawn showed so much genuine care for my pet as well and I instantly knew we found our forever vet. I've already recommended them to every pet owner I know.

This is the kind of treatment I want from the vet and I will be bringing my animals in here soon and changing vets.

Lisa was always at the front desk and knew everyone and their pets. Their follow-ups were out of this world. Then it became VCA. Urgent call for help "Ohhh I'm sorry your pet is bleeding. We can see them the Tuesday after next" "Is your pet a current patient? Oh? During my dog's appointment, she was accidentally cut with clippers and ended up with a deep wound that required staples and follow-up vet visits. Angel told me not to take her to the vet right away, but I chose to anyway, which I'm glad I did. I was disappointed by how the situation was handled afterward and felt there wasn't enough accountability or concern for my dog's injury. It was a really upsetting experience, and I want other pet owners to be aware of what happened. Since then, I've started grooming my dog myself and haven't had any similar issues. A family member brought in our dog for a routine appointment and was treated with a surprising lack of professionalism and respect. Instead of offering supportive, clear communication, the veterinarian--who had red glasses, a red beard, and short strawberry blonde hair--spoke in an overly clinical, condescending tone that made her feel talked down to for being honest about the dog's care. To make matters worse, the follow-up communication from staff was abrupt and unprofessional, adding unnecessary stress to an already frustrating visit. Pet owners should never feel shamed or belittled for trying to do what's right. We expected compassion and guidance--not judgment and ego. We won't be returning.
