Ashley took great care of me. She was smart, knowledgeable, and fair. 10/10. I purchased a 2025 Pilot Elite with quite a few additional requests and accessories. Despite being booked in the service department she expedited the work to get it done before I left town for work. I went to a number of dealerships in the area, and I chose Hillside. ThAshley, love the car.

This place is pure garbage there's no professionalism and they kept touching my thigh when they bringing up discounts it made me uncomfortable and they also called my husband chopped

If I could give this dealership a negative number I would. I have been purchasing automobiles in New York State for over 40 years and this is hands-down, the single, most unpleasant, shady ,suspect transaction I have ever witnessed or been a part of in my entire car buying lifetime.! I purchased or attempted to purchase a vehicle on Honda to go through the companies website for a vehicle that they were offering and are currently still offering for sale only to find out that they had no such vehicle in stock and had no intention of ever honoring the deal in the first place, classic bait, and switch tactic. I was transferred, hung up on disrespected and flat out lied to. I tried to reason with the dealer to no avail. No one in the operation was willing to take ownership of the debacle that this transaction had morphed into.. Carlos the self proclaimed sales manager didn't even know what his inventory is. I've twice called and reached out to the general manager Peter, who obviously has no interest in helping a customer because he has yet to return my phone calls. My best advice is stay as far away from this this place as you possibly can. There is zero customer service and nothing but an apathetic, I could care less attitude from every single person that I spoke to on the phone. Pete, I will be notifying the New York State Attorney General's office and filing a consumer fraud complaint. I will also be notifying the Honda motor corporation and filing a complaint against the dealership.with I contacted Costco as well as it is part of their Costco auto program in short, there is not one single professional person employed in this establishment, and I'm pretty sure I can include the general manager in that statement as well. Very disappointing, but not surprising. Let me close by saying you all SUCK !

When I brought it to my mechanic, I found out that entire driver's side was smashed, front axle was bent and all tires are worn out uneven. I had to bring the car back to them to get axle replaced. Also the sales guy Matthew never mentioned there was only one smart key ($500 worth) until all papers were signed. He promised to get me a space one but stopped responding to my messages and never returned my calls. There were also al lot of minor issues I had to repair myself. I called several times, tried to get in touch with Matthew or Michael, the owner but noone ever returned my calls. So be aware and take your business somewhere else. This Matthew guy would call you brother/sister, give you his word, promise to get the stars from the sky, swear on Bible/Torah/Koran but as soon as you close the deal, he would ditch you. Matthew, karma is a bitch, it will bite you in the ass one day.

After an inspection, they recommended several very expensive services, which I declined. About two weeks later, I got a flat tire and discovered that my jack was missing, and another shop then found that both front fender liners were also missing. I had not taken the car anywhere else after the oil change, and I am certain these items were present before the visit. I am sure they removed the jack and fender liners because I declined their repair recommendations, and I consider this an unethical practice that has destroyed my trust in this service department. I bought my car from this dealership two years ago and was very satisfied at that time; however, when I returned for this oil change, I saw that the service area had been renovated and I am not sure if management changed, but my experience with their service has completely changed for the worse. Update: I filed a complaint with the dealership, and the service manager, Marcelo, reached out to me. He took the issue very seriously and asked me to come in, even promising to fix everything for me before the investigation was completed. I really appreciate how he handled the situation and believe this is how a good dealership should operate. I am updating my rating to 5 stars because they did everything they could to make things right, and this has rebuilt my confidence in returning there for future maintenance.

My boyfriend drove all the way from Hartford to trade in his car and buy the 2018 Hyundai Sonata. We had an appointment for 1pm... and 6.5 hours later we left the place with a lot of BS, three extra hard inquiries by the banks on his credit and NO new car. I don't even know where to start because honestly this place is a huge waste of time and as mentioned several times down below... nothing but a BAIT and SWITCH situation. Really wish I had seen the yelp reviews before we stepped foot in this place. We sat down with Astariel (Mr. Star), who is completely incompetent at his job and did nothing but rushed us into finalizing a deal with him. My boyfriend told him specifically and multiple time that he wanted 3 specific features in the car and all throughout our convo with Star, he assured us that those features would be included in the car. What a lie! bc at the end those 3 features were the only ones missing from the car. By the way Star, you SUCK at your job if you have been "selling" cars for 13 years. Saying you made a "human error" and "forgot" to mention those features weren't in the car. Learn to do your job properly! We asked him so many questions and all he did was steered it away saying "put it down on a paper for the finance guys." Honestly if that's all you have to do at your job, rush people into a SCAM deal then I am sure any 2 year old can do that. He took our credit card way before even finalizing the deal. Then when we selected the "right car," they swiped our credit card for the down payment without even confirming with us. Then legit they made us wait till 7 pm to have a talk with the "finance" department only to find out the "deal" that was talked over with us by Star was not the deal that we were actually getting. The moral of the story is please check YELP reviews on this place before stepping a foot in there. Actually do me a favor and listen to me and don't ever make the mistake of going to this place because I can guarantee that it'll just be a waste of time and a whole lot of stress you don't need.
