This is the place and people you cannot trust. They sold me a car that they claimed was never in accident. When I brought it to my mechanic, I found out that entire driver's side was smashed, front axle was bent and all tires are worn out uneven. I had to bring the car back to them to get axle replaced. Also the sales guy Matthew never mentioned there was only one smart key ($500 worth) until all papers were signed. He promised to get me a space one but stopped responding to my messages and never returned my calls. There were also al lot of minor issues I had to repair myself. I called several times, tried to get in touch with Matthew or Michael, the owner but noone ever returned my calls. So be aware and take your business somewhere else. This Matthew guy would call you brother/sister, give you his word, promise to get the stars from the sky, swear on Bible/Torah/Koran but as soon as you close the deal, he would ditch you. These are dishonest men. They are running a scam. I spent two days checking out a car and making arrangements to purchase it. The agreed upon price was $11,600. With taxes and title transfers it came to $13,900. When the day came to pick up the car the price have gone up to almost $20,000. They had aded on a long list of ridiculous fees: auction fees, transportation fees, etc, etc. I told them what they could do with the car. Horrible experience! They tell you one thing and then another! Here is what just has just happened to me: I found the car that I liked at cars.com, called this dealer to check if the car is still available and if the price is correct. I spoke to Mathew, he assured me that the price is correct, that there are no dealers fees and that the car is available. I came to the shop in an hour to look at the car, I was told by Mathew that the car is at the other parking lot and they will get it in 20 minutes. I said that it is ok and double checked the price again. At that time I was told that the listed price is only if I buy the warranty, I said that I specifically called before to double check the price, Matt told me that he never spoke to me, but if I do the finance etc. I could get the ar for that price. So I started to wait. I waited for about an hour or more till they finally brought the car. The person who drove the car started showing it to me. Every time I was finding something not working I was either told that that is how it came from the manufacture, or that it is a used car, so I should not expect that kind of problems. Very frustrating, he would not acknowledge any problems at all! I still liked the car, the price was fine so I went back to their office to sign the papers to get financing. At that point I was told that the car was actually sold to another person who already paid the deposit for it, but they would convince that person to buy another car and sell this one to me. I left all my info with them, they promised to give me a call, but never called me back. I called them, asked to speak to Mathew and was told that Mathew will call me back, which he never did! It was an iPhone so he had his messages show if they were read or not. I sent him the first text about the car - he reads it and no response - a day goes by - I send another one - he reads no response. BE AWARE! Scam! Fraud! This dealer will ripped you off. We made a deal to buy a car and a warranty that Matthew offered to us. Next day we went to pay and Matthew offered us a "better" warranty with PWC company that was "cheaper" so we took it. After a month we took the car to the mechanic and what a surprise when we couldn't use the warranty because even though PWC has our information, the dealer never sent the payment. They NEVER PAID THE WARRANTY COMPANY. Where is the money? It's been 4 month. The dealer, Matthew the seller and Eliot Abrams the Finance manager never responded for their irresponsibility or negligence or fraud. If I could give them zero stars, it would be too many stars. Worst place I have ever looked for a vehicle. They are unprofessional and if you aren't there to look at something that is over $20,000, you are wasting your time. I needed a work vehicle for driving around construction sites and went to look at an older Infiniti QX4. The first time I got there, I was told the car was in an auxiliary lot about a mile down the road. I drive over there an nobody is at the lot and it is locked up tight. Called the office and they then told me they were short staffed and the guy must be out for lunch or something and if I can come back the following day (coming from 45 minutes away). Stupid me says sure and the following day I get there and they send me to the same lot to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come unlock it only to find out that they car battery is dead and i wouldn't be able to even test drive the thing. Called the office to tell them how much of a circle jerk they put me through and gave them a piece of my mind and ended up getting hung up on. Well my experience with Prince Auto Sales has been a good one so far. I just purchased a Nissan 2014 Pathfinder, which I really do like. The salesman Matthew was cool and was professional. I also interacted with Salesman Kevin, Elliot from finance and Georgee which were good too. When I was viewing vehicles online I saw two they had and I went to view. I changed my mind on those and then I was presented with the Pathfinder and it was the one for me. When I was shopping for vehicles I decided to have a couple of options to widen the pool. I'm sure all that was presented to me and that I agreed to they will honor. There will always be times that there will be hits and misses when buying a vehicle. This place should get ZERO stars! To begin they lure you in by posting false ads online for a lower price than the car actually is. After nerve wracking negotiations they ask for a deposit, before doing so I took the car for a test drive when I noticed a rattling noise coming from the A.C when he told me it'll be fixed. I waited one week only to come back and see nothing was ever fixed. I then ask for my deposit back, then they agree to give it ONLY ON FRIDAYS, I go on Friday when Michael the so called owner tells me he doesn't have the cash. I went back over and over again where I keep getting the run around. The other Indian Tareek that works there was seconds from getting his teeth knocked out for speaking and cussing at customers. Til this day they still have my money and continue to steal people's deposits. I am so mad I didn't check the reviews before dealing with this dealership they are just as accurate as I'm reading them now and its sad because I am a victim of consumer fraud. They sold be a very expensive LEMON and now giving me a hard time to repair it being as though I'm from Philly and drove all way there and got sold a lemon. Mike the General manager doesn't do anything but comment here to act as if he cares but never solves nor fix anything he is just as much of a gimmick as the salesmen sad to say. They also forced a 2 year warranty agreement on me stating that you can not purchase the vehicle without it violates the consumer fraud protection act. This Dealers are the worst I've ever dealt with. Issues arose since we first started applying for credit approval through their online site, they never were able to receive the application making us drive all the way out there just to fill it out from Yonkers. Then we were congratulated with the car on before even discussing numbers after discussing numbers we were given the car on November 15th with the broken key fob and a valet style key which they never replaced. Also before purchasing the car we requested that the headlights be replaced and the battery as well, well one headlight was replaced and the battery was just recharged- fast forward to us having the car for a week the headlights start to have a condensation I had to go back so that they can replace it, 2-3 days later the headlight still have condensation and also every time I went my car was slightly damaged due to their mechanics. Then I just purchased a new battery also purchased two new lights out of my own money and purchased a key out of my own money oh and this was before I even made my first payment. And just yesterday January 29th I needed to change something around my wheels and couldn't because the car has wheel locks so I had to wait to today Sunday to call them up. I just called them up and they said that's not their problem the customer service is the worst, McDonald's has better customer service than them and also they always say they will call you back but never do, you would have to call them several times over and over still don't even get an answer. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, it may sound good but in the long run it might not be- I should've read yelps review on this dealer ship before getting the car. read more

This is probably one of my worst experiences car shopping ever. Stay away from these guys. I originally was interested in a mustang that was 2000$ below value so already I was worried, but I figured I would give it a shot. At first glance the car looked perfect inside and out. It wasn't until my father examined the car fully and noticed little nicks on the rear end and that something with the trunk was off. Upon opening the trunk there was visible new welding on the back left side. I was told the car was never in an accident. Not to mention how rude this Richard guy was. I arrived at 9:30, on time as I told him the day before I would. He left me and my dad waiting outside for over a half hour, while he more than likely was conjuring a plan to get us to buy this car. Thank God the trunk was left open so we were able to see the shit-welding job they had done. Such a shame, a beautiful car, what a waste. Worst dealer ever that guy mike fulll of liesss never fix anything..i got the car the december 24 and today is january 11 they still fixing the car transmision broken , clutch burn, clutch cylinder broken, air bag went on, winshield pump broken, all this issues and they still havent fixed it. I felt like punching him and his dad in the face they were gonna make me pay for this when i only drove the car for only 1 day then all the problems came to surface.. BEWARE!!!! If you want to waste your entire day waiting for bank to reply only to find out that you have to pay additional 5K for mandatory warranty( was told it is MANDATORY), then you have found the right place. I have never experienced anything like this in my life! Got there at 9 am, told the sales person Kenny the car I was interested in buying, he was nice and took me about an hour or so to test drive and check everything out. Talked to the finance guy , listing was 15.9k, he agreed to take 200 off ( are you kidding me ? ) but since I really wanted the car, we agreed on 15.7k. Waited more than 4 hours and they told me the bank has finally approved and wanted me to get insurance (stupidity on my end, should've asked to see the final papers before I paid the insurance fee). He was def trying to get me pay for insurance before they show me the paperworks. Once I paid for insurance, was called into the finance office to sign the financing paper. And lord behold the price on the financing paper was ~5k more than the original agreed upon 15.7k . WTF was my reaction and angry for finding this out last minute. I asked the finance guy where and how these numbers came about and why he didn't tell me this before hand and his exact words were ....."why should I tell you, if you were paying 15.7 k cash that would've been another story, but you are financing." Speechless at this point I told them I'm not signing that paperwork. Instead of apologizing, they told me that I wasted their time. I told them they wasted my time, no one in their right mind would sign that paper and they are clearly trying to scam their customers. I would give this place a negative star if that was an option.
