However, I did not join this facility. Class: The instructor was motivating and the cardio sculpt class really made me feel the burn. I came on a Wednesday night (the last class) it was fairly empty - I think everyone comes for the kickboxing since I came early to sign up (no one was at the front desk so I just awkwardly watched for 15 minutes). Some thoughts I had: It's not your average gym, there are weights and equipment in the back but I'm not sure if it's open to everyone of just those taking private lessons. The main area is a large open cardio floor great for group workouts which is what it is. Most people workout barefoot or with indoor/solely for the gym kind of shoes only. Not sure if I am a personal fan because it seems unclean/dangerous if a weight is dropped on the foot. As a transformation gym, I was interested in kickstarting my health and getting toned.- possibly even their bikini comp programs - I thoroughly checked the website and was interested in their nutrition program especially as well. I stayed after the class and had the opportunity to meet Mark. Nice guy but when I asked him about the programs and he just kept telling me to look on the website which didn't provide much information about their nutrition format or how the body tracking/goal setting works. I really wanted to love this place and was ready to sign up right then and there but didn't feel like I would get the support I was looking for just based on my first interaction. I signed up with Orange Theory instead.

I've seen Umair twice now for stretching, and he is incredible. He's professional, knowledgeable, and somehow knows exactly how to move and stretch my shoulders and arms in the most effective way. The relief is real. What I appreciate most is that he also gives me practical techniques to do at home between visits which makes such a difference in my day-to-day work behind the chair. Today was my first visit with Dr. Moninder Chana for acupuncture, and we added red light therapy and cupping. She took the time to really understand my body and what I need. Her professionalism and attentiveness made me feel completely at ease. I walked out feeling supported, aligned, and deeply cared for. My doctor approved the effort and noted that several of her patients had experienced positive results. The results with Deanna were truly amazing. My back pain went from a 8.5 to a 5 after the first session and down to a 2 after the second. I was slightly squeamish at the prospect of needles in my back - but Deanna has a gentle manner and the process is totally painless. I felt a momentary prick for a split second once or twice but nothing else. I am also very impressed that Deanna did not tell me I needed dozens of on-going treatments. She simply told me to gauge the results and return if I felt she could help further. I couldn't be happier with the results and will not hesitate to return if I have a flare-up in the future!

I was LITERALLY sick and tired. I was referred to Deanna by a friend and I called her and just dumped everything I had been going through for the past few years on her. The first thing she did was give me the reassurance that I wasn't crazy... funny enough, I needed to hear that and didn't even realize that I needed it. She's reset my adrenal system, has me doing my homework, and is slowly helping me get to a healthy state - mentally, emotionally, and physically. I've been to see her three times, and each time, something new is learned and I reach another level of peace. During my last appointment, she attached the tens unit to some of the acupuncture needles, and let me tell you, I fell into a deep relaxing sleep. Suffering from chronic pains, possible RA, digestive issues, sleeplessness...GO SEE DEANNA! You will not regret it!
