Fabulously fun coffee shop!!! As a hiker, I loved the decor. It's a large shop that's a comfortable place with tables and couches where people can work, relax, or stretch their legs. Our drip coffee was really good. I ended up buying a bag of beans to take home. And their breakfast egg sausage biscuit was amazing. The only thing it lacked was some Tabasco. I felt like I bugged them with all my silly requests so I didn't ask so they may have had some. But man, that biscuit. Oh So good!! And I must mention the splendid service because the young workers were so authentically friendly. What a wonderful stop. read more

Saw this as we drove to our place 2 blocks away and was craving it the next morning. This is a great hangout spot to enjoy from the summer heat with board games, books and a small shop. We enjoyed the Happy Camper latte blended and someone asked what it was when we picked it up smelling the salted caramel and cinnamon. Such a cozy and adorable coffee shop in Cimarron . The ladies working here are so welcoming , amazing and nice(Guess family run business). Coffee was nice and perfect! The place is clean and they are maintaining proper COVID sanitization and masks are required. I saw the girl disinfected the table and couch after one of the guests left . It's an amazing Place to stop if your are on the way !! We were passing by from this village and my husband had to take a urgent call. Poor service..took money from several scouts in uniform and did not deliver. The place was busy. And we try to support local businesses. Our group of scouts took a bus into town from philmont. It took 30 minutes to push out 5 of the 10 milkshakes we ordered. We had to leave to catch our bus back. They refused refunds for most of the orderes not completed. The 2 that got refunds in our group had to persist several times.. scout be ware this place is not as friendly to the scouting community as they would have you believe. read more

I have been looking for a coffee shop with couches, and well. Here it is! Only problem. It's in Cimarron, NM. So if you're headed anywhere in the enchanted circle... OR I guess anywhere that makes you go through Cimarron. Check this place out. I only got an Americano, but I'd give it a high rating. Very well made. And coffee shop itself is rather large! I saw multiple baked goods, which the owner said he wife had made. I did not try any, but they looked delicious. read more

We came in to Hikers Coffee Company at 7:30 on a Sunday morning! We woke up here and NEEDED good coffee before we checked in a Philmont. I am diabetic and needed sugar free syrups, cold brew and heavy whipping cream! I also had them make me a breakfast sandwich without biscuit. They were so sweet and did an amazing job! The coffee is excellent. We will be back next Saturday before we head home! read more

Gem of a coffee shop! I got the Zia (strawberry mocha) and my world is forever changed. Just delicious and make sure to order iced! Perfect for a warm day. This establishment is so much more than "just" a coffee shop. It is a beautiful desert oasis. An escape from the monotony of burnt Folgers. A reprieve from gas station, sludge-like cups of joe. And a much needed hiatus from chemically caffeinated energy drinks. This place is true bliss. And the family that owns and runs it are the most kind, courteous, coffee-loving souls. You better acks somebody!....Just messing around, I know you are asking somebody. We were staying in Cimarron Inn (owned by same people)for a few days and went here for coffee twice. Coffee is as good as anything you will find, with the homemade pumpkin spice syrup being the best I have had. Breakfast sandwich is really good. Cinnamon rolls are excellent. Service is great and the atmosphere is friendly and warm. read more

Had their house blend drip. Was good, lacked in the flavor profile that I prefer but wasn't burnt or nutty. I'm hard to please when it comes to coffee tho. On our way out of Philmont Base camp we called in our order. It was wonderful to have hot coffee ready for pickup after a 12 day trek. It was a great coffee. Very friendly owner and staff. This should be a must stop in Cimarron. read more
