    Views and a dog

Went early on a Saturday afternoon with my pup after a hike! Both half pours I got were fantastic, and you really cannot beat these views. I will absolutely come back on my next angel fire trip!

Outside patio has nice views. No food but sell some snacks. Variety of beers. Dog friendly. Corn hole and fire pit are outside

Great place! Stopped in with family members and were pleasantly surprised how good the beer was. A friendly bartender, and locals were enjoying a Saturday evening. Will definitely be back.

This was my second time visiting this brewery and it's still as good as I remember. The older gentleman served us with a big smile. Their beers are very good, I tried the Kolsch and the IPA, and the Kolsch was the winner, in my opinion. The view from this place is something else, they should charge more money if you sit outside, because it's a million dollar view. I highly recommend this brewery, awesome views, great beer and friendly service.

Wonderful stop between Red River and Eagle Nest! We loved sitting outside and enjoying the live music, wonderful craft beer, and friendly owner.

What an amazing spot to enjoy a beer! Best view ever! Great selection of beers. I saw they had a wine menu, if beer isn't your thing. I'll definitely be back!

My husband is an avid brewer so we always visit breweries when we travel. This brewery is the only brewery in the entire enchanted circle where the brewing equipment was visible and we felt like we were in a brewery. There were cards, board games, and root beer to entertain our 7 year old. As proof opposites attract I don't like beer. However, I genuinely enjoyed the raspberry wheat. The real gem of this brewery though is the view - breathtaking and no where in the circle compares. Located on a private ranch you'll definitely feel like a local when you visit. Completely relaxed and friendly vibe.

Stopped here one afternoon after a long hike. What a gem! It's a bit out of the way but well worth the stop. The image on Yelp's home page is the old building but they have built a new one which is wonderful inside and very cleverly done. Love the bottle caps in the bathrooms. They pour about 4 or 5 brews - all made by the brewery. Good selection with an IPA, an amber, a porter and a couple of others. Something for everyone. Apparently they also serve wine for those who oddly don't like beer. Our hostess was fun to talk to (Holly? Ally?) and the view was phenomenal. Would highly recommend a visit.

Views from the swing on the patio.

This quaint little brewery was fantastic. We visited both days we were in town. The people there are so friendly, service is quick, and the views are amazing. They had a wonderful selection and everything we tried was delicious. They even have outdoor games and a heated patio. We loved this place & will definitely visit again if we're ever up in the area.

If this isn't the best view of any brewery i have been to, it is close. Awesome! The beer is pretty good as well. A couple things you need to know: Kind of hard to find. It's off rt. 38, right outside of town, but only a small sign indicates where the road to turn is at, so drive as slow as possible and keep looking. Once you turn on Comanche Creek rd, the brewery is a mile or so up a dirt road. This is a private ranch that houses a brewery, so once on the right path, you are basically on this family's property... Just takes a but to get to the brewery. Call because hours are odd and can change. I think you can find the beer at local bars but it's worth the effort to come to the source.

While I would give the food and service a five, the only reason why I knocked it down a star is because our food did not come out at the same time. Not to mention the parking issues! What we ordered: - Pepperoni pizza (12"): crust was good, crunchy but chewy at the same time. A perfectly executed wood fire oven pizza! My son devoured it and enjoyed it. If you're watching portion size, you can share this easily with someone else (3 slices each) - 6" personal size cheese pizza: perfect size for one person, the sauce and cheese had just the right amount of flavor. Crust is the same with the 12". My daughter liked it. - 12" Smokey Quartz: this is the crème de la crème of pizzas!! The dough itself was perfectly made, again chewy but crispy. The basil pesto sauce, the prosciutto, the sun-dried tomatoes, smaller pieces of cherry tomatoes, smoked mozzarella and that "I can bathe in" lemon vinaigrette drizzled on top is a chef's kiss! This had to be one of the best combination of pizza's I've ever had! I'm usually a Margherita kind of girl but this!!! Wow! I would drive 13 hours again for this pizza! I would definitely recommend this pizza if you like flavor, are adventurous and just want something delicious! Highly recommend this pizza! - Pollo Parmesan sandwich: similar to a chicken Parmesan sandwich only with a twist. The pickled jalapeños have it a nice kick. It wasn't as thick as you would think a chicken Parmesan sandwich would be but it was flavorful and filling. It came with a Caesar salad. The sub came out first and we waited about 10 minutes for our pizza afterwards. In my opinion that isn't quite acceptable. They were apologetic and we appreciated it but they should definitely work on their timing. It might have been a fluke, and this wouldn't be a reason why I wouldn't come here again. I would still recommend it!

I went to see a concert and…read moreit was outside so the staff let you bring in your own chairs but there are no in and out privileges so once you go in you can't leave and come back in. The staff doing the security checks didn't seem like they were paying much attention to what they were doing. Only one person was using the metal detecting wand so it took a little while to get to everyone in line, but I saw a few people walk around this guy and go straight to the other staff member who was scanning the tickets at the entrance. I assumed they were other staff or crew for the bands but nope, there were attendees like everyone else. Don't know why the other security staff just let them walk past. Sometimes the security guy vaguely waved the wand in someone's general direction without really checking and that was good enough, I guess. The security guy waved the metal detector wand around me and nothing seemed out of the ordinary but then the guy jammed the wand into my crotch. I was startled but he said I could proceed. I bet he wasn't even looking where he was pointing the wand. I thought about getting something to eat but the menu only had limited offerings which were a chili dog, Indian taco, frito pie, fries, and ice cream sandwiches. The carnival food didn't appeal to me so I settled for an $8 drink during my time at the concert. Outside food and drink are not allowed here. The venue has two outdoor stages, the big dome-shaped one in the back and a smaller platform off to the side by the entrance. There are plastic tables and chairs placed around the area and some metal tables and chairs on the patio under the shade structure. There was a tent off to the side selling the same items that were offered inside but out here you had to pick up your food from a small window farther along the building's exterior. I found it kind of funny that there was a designated smoking section by the fence but there were plenty of people smoking all around the area. It was raining during the concert but that didn't bother me or anyone else as it looked like almost everyone brought umbrellas and rain gear. I may visit again if there is another concert I want to see taking place here.
