Coffee Bar
Sydney D.

Husband and I stopped here on our roadtrip to Denver. Super cute coffee shop that looks like it was built into an old bar. Staff wasn't very friendly which is why I gave it 3 stars. I would have liked to ask questions about what they recommend or pastries but they didn't seem interested in helping outside of taking our order. I had an americano and husband had a latte. Pretty basic but tasted good. I don't think we'll stop on our next trip through as it wasn't anything special.

Good coffee, breakfast homemade biscuit with egg and cheese was tasty. Next time I'll try sausage and cheese. Delicious cinnamon rolls.

Very friendly staff and cool atmosphere. Just got a drip coffee, nothing too fancy but decent. I'd come back again next time I'm in town!

The food was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere has a really cool, welcoming vibe. On our first visit, we ate inside and it was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a great meal before getting back on the road. On our return trip, we ordered online for pickup, and the process was incredibly easy and convenient. The food was ready when promised and was just as good as our first visit. My daughter isn't usually a big burger fan, but she absolutely loved their smash burger. I tried two different egg sandwiches on our visits, and both were outstanding. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Almack's has officially become a regular stop for our family whenever we're traveling through Colorado. If you're passing through Trinidad, do yourself a favor and stop in--you won't regret it!

My boyfriend is a lover of BLTs and this was by far one of his favorites. Who knew a BLT could have so much flavor! The Eggs in Purgatory were like shakshuka and it was fabulous. It was so good. We loved everything we got. A gem in a cute little town. Definitely worth a stop if youre passing through!

You can literally fuel up your stomach, your tank, and grab a little gift for the road. The menu has a bit of everything: burgers, burritos, enchiladas, carne asada, even breakfast. True to New Mexico style, almost everything can be smothered in red or green chile (and you absolutely should not skip it). Hands down, one of the best green chiles I've ever had in my life was here. I came in for a quick bite while passing through, hoping for a smothered burger (sadly they weren't making one that morning), but I went with Dino's Breakfast instead -- bacon and extra green chile on top. Total flavor bomb. Soul-pleasing doesn't even begin to describe it. When I walked in, the place was quiet. By the time I left, it was filling up with guests, and it's easy to see why. Sierra Grande is not to be underestimated, and it's now officially on my "must visit" list every time I come through.
