I do my whites here and they come out white. The quarter machine works, it's clean and the machines dry great!

We run out of clean clothes whenever we travel but who really wants to bring a huge suitcase on…read moresummer vacations. We keep to the minimal and bring lots and lots of clean underwear. The underwear is changed daily. The rest of the clothes are worn and reworn. Once something gets spilled on the clothes a little water and some spray and wash is spritzed onto the dirty spots and then thrown into a plastic bag. The moment our clothes are almost all gone then we stop into the laundrymat and do a couple loads of wash. Florin Launderland for the most part is very clean and the wash machines are cleaned out and seem to be maintain pretty well. Our clothes are never torn to pieces and the dryers don't fry them so we were happy washing and drying our clothes in route from Yuba City to next destination. We have stopped here several times over the years during our summer vacations.

However, I feel a lot safer coming here. There are plenty of parking spaces. Owner, can you please have MORE carts, I realized customers keep taking other people carts when it's places next to the washer that is currently theirs. For example , I left my trash bags in my cart , placed next to the washer that is still washing my clothes. A customer just came and took it... I selected Hot Water to run my towels , After washing my towels I notice my towels did not come out WARM OR HOT, so is the water running the correct temperature? I would say double check the washer temperature.

The machines are clean, smell great and are priced accordingly. I thought I had experienced everything I could until Jeannie the general manager walked in. Talk about customer service and making everyone feel at home. She was kind, professional and easy to talk with. Let's say she's the icing on top. I'm my 63 years,, I have never witnessed anything even close to this place; it's worth the drive, come by and check it out. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to the owner and to Jeannie for caring about your business. You've definitely won me over. I'll be back. Best Walnut Creek find of the day.

TLDR: Great spot- clean facility and machines, friendly service, fast cycles…read more First laundromat experience ever and happy to say we survived! We did do some research to find a nice clean location and this one had solid reviews so we gave it a try. Right across from Safeway and BWP in downtown Walnut Creek, parking IS metered but there's plenty of it near the entrance which is key when loading and unloading. I have (literally) years worth of laundry that I've been waiting to do because my machines at home are too small. Duvets, comforters, blankets and towels galore. I couldn't take them living in trash bags anymore so we finally took them here to wash and dry. Yes, its expensive. We used the largest machines- 80lb machines- and it was $17 a wash load. Good news is, drying is only $1.50 each 16 minute cycle. But the peace of mind finally getting these items washed and in a clean establishment is most important. The staff member was super friendly and was seen cleaning them entire time we were there, probably a couple hours. $17 a cycle feels high, but if that's your one load for the week for 80lbs of laundry is sufficient for most people, and that cycle only takes 24 minutes then you're into the dryer. You can be in and out in an hour if you load your machines right. We went around 5p on a Sunday evening, and it wasn't busy at all. 2 other patrons. Then it picked up and during the time we were there most machines were in use. No 5th star because its hot and stuffy inside. Theres a standing fan to try to help, but its broken. Wish there was AC.
