He always made himself available, whether in-person, by phone, email or even text. He was flexible, accommodating and really seemed like he cared about our wedding being a success. We never felt like just another couple on the calendar. Dawson also did our florals and did an incredible job. He went above and beyond to meet the vision we had in mind. We even had a professional florist as a guest at our wedding and she commented on how impressed she was by our florals. Evening looked absolutely exquisite and the day went so smoothly. Words cannot explain how much I loved our whole wedding experience at HighPointe Estate! From our first tour with Dawson, to floral consultations and our final walkthrough, to the actual day of everything was perfection. We went with their all inclusive contract and I truly cannot recommend that enough! The whole planning experience was seamless and went SO smoothly compared to some of the horror stories you hear from other couples. I really was not stressed during the whole process, which was much nicer than my expectations! Everyone we met and worked with on staff was so kind, polite and professional so if the absolutely stunning venue didn't sell you (which, how could it not)- let it be the staff. We truly had such a pleasant experience with everyone there. Dawson is flexible, understanding and is quick with communication- which is something I greatly appreciate. HighPointe also did our florals and boy howdy... be ready to see your pinterest dreams come to life and be a million times better than expected!!! Dawson works magic with the floral arrangements and has such a good eye for detail. There were a few design details I couldn't make a decision on and wanted to make a game time decision, but the day of I decided to let him and our day of coordinator make those decisions and I am so glad that I did because everything looked so much better than in mind! Terrible customer service. Was apart of a wedding party and was kicked out early by the wedding planner, Alyssa. Was 48 degrees outside and we were given no explanation other than "it ended early" even though we had the reservation for another 45 minutes. Clearly just a job for these people. read more

The grounds, buildings, and atmosphere at High Pointe Estate are beautiful beyond an easy description. From the very moment we toured High Pointe, we knew this was the exact spot to make our daughter and son-in-law's dreams come true, it was everything they had envisioned for the wedding of their dreams. But, mere brick and mortar, stunning as it is, cannot make an event come to life, cannot infuse warmth, intimacy, and love into the guests gathered to celebrate, nor anticipate the momentary advantage offered by a spectacular sunset or the perfect table placement for the guest's comfort in our Texas heat. I cannot say enough about Dawson and Highpointe Estate. We visited this venue when it was just studs and concrete, but Dawson's detailed vision of the venue was enough for us to book with him the day after our tour. Our trust in Dawson paid off as the venue was even better than he had originally described. From an objective standpoint, the venue had everything we could want: beautiful detail and design inside and out, thoughtful architecture in both the chapel and great hall, and amazing ambiance nestled in the 40+ acres of Liberty Hill. Just as important, though, was how great Dawson was to work with. We were one of the couples affected by COVID, and thus had to postpone our wedding. What started as a 7-month planning process quickly turned into an 18-month planning process, and the support we received from Highpointe throughout the process quite simply restored our faith in humanity. No matter how long it had been since we were able to speak with the venue about plans or visit the venue for logistical reasons, Dawson was right there to greet us by our first names as if we had known him our entire lives. I cannot recommend HighPointe Estate enough! Dawson and his team are top notch and I can't imagine having a better team to work with. HP was the first venue we looked at and we knew within minutes of meeting Dawson that we wanted to have our wedding at HP. We toured the venue when it was still being framed and in the early stages of construction, but Dawson clearly explained his vision for his venue so well that we knew it was the one. Although we got married during a pandemic, Dawson did everything in his power to make our wedding all that we dreamed it would be. We had to make several changes the month before the wedding to comply with state guidelines, but Dawson handled everything with ease and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Every space at HP is stunning. The chapel took our breath away - the windows are to die for! The bridal suite is cozy, comfortable, and beautiful and made me feel so special. My hubby loved the grooms suite, especially with the lockers. The ceilings and beams in the ballroom open up the space so much. The patio is immaculate and is the perfect place for cocktail hour. Also, Dawson does flowers.... and he does them BIG! We chose Dawson to do our florals and my goodness, he blew us away! He exceeded every single expectation and gave me every single thing I wanted. I am still swooning over the floral garland that draped down from the piano and the floral garland on the head table. Everything was so stunning and smelled wonderful! Our guests are still talking about the flowers :). I loved every single thing about HP and I couldn't recommend it more for a wedding! The most STUNNING venue around! Just got married here in October 2020 and we received so many compliments from our guests and outside vendors about just how gorgeous the venue is. We had to make so many last-minute changes to our wedding plans because #2020 and the team (especially the queen herself, Michele!) bent over backward to help make our dreams come true. We loved that the bride and groom's suites were on site, we had access to get married in the chapel or outside, and we could either have an indoor or outdoor reception. Love this venue! read more

So Lovely! Excitement was in the air as our daughter and her fiancé asked us to join them in the planning of their wedding. Top on the list was to find the perfect venue. In August of 2019, they came across HighPointe Estate which really piqued their interest with its online sketches of The Chapel, Gathering Room, Terrace, and Bride and Groom Suites.. We first met with Dawson and we were immediately captured by his passion and incredible vision for the venue. During the meeting, he shared his design boards with us with such delight. We were all immediately smitten with HighPointe Estate venue and Dawson, so much so that we booked the date within days. It was such fun to witness the development of HighPointe and see Dawson and Leann's vision come to life. Just as Dawson promised, each space was "Thoughtfully designed. Artfully created." We could not have been more delighted! With each visit we made to put final details in place, Dawson and Michele always greeted us with smiles and eagerness to please. They were so professional and took such pride in seeking to make the wedding day fulfill every dream for the bride and groom. They arranged for us to meet with James, who helped us prepare for a lifestream and setup for wireless microphones. We recently held a non-profit event at HighPointe Estate that was the perfect setting for our event, a Football Banquet! The setting was elegant and helped us to celebrate a successful season. The staff was on site the entire time and assisted us from beginning to end. Staff was ectremely courteous and willing to help with anything we needed. Although I have not attended a wedding here, I can only imagine how beautiful it would be with the high cathedral ceiling in the "chapel" with oversized windows. We celebrated my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary at the Moonlight Bungalow in early Fall. It was a beautiful setting for a small family gathering. The decor, the flowers, and everything in between was perfect. We were fortunate to have a quick rain shower right before the party started and then clear skies, allowing the guests to enjoy the large porch. Dawson and his team were amazing and helped with all of the little details. There were a couple of things we forgot to bring, and they were right on it. They have a plan for everything!
