Unfortunately, the staff member serving me appeared extremely impatient throughout the process and even criticized me for not explaining my order clearly. I completely understand that there were customers waiting behind me and that the staff needs to keep the line moving. However, I believe every customer deserves to be treated with patience and respect. If I am spending over $120 on your products, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect five minutes of patience while I carefully choose my order. I truly love this bakery and will continue recommending it because the quality of the bread is exceptional. I only hope the customer service can better reflect the quality of the products. It is so clear that they use incredibly high-quality ingredients and carefully curate each component, which is exactly why everything comes together in such an elevated way. She was incredibly kind and understanding, and to my surprise, she was able to provide me with a fresh Black Cake right away!
