I moved from CA at the beginning of the year and am always weary of finding a new hairstylist/hair…read moresalon. I decided to come here based on the following: 1. Positive review on Yelp 2. Extremely user friendly website 3. Listing of services on their website along with prices 4. Facebook presence I've been here a few times now to see Rachel and can't say enough positive things about her! She is super friendly and easy to talk to. She is very responsive on Yelp and is very accommodating with my last minute type of hair requests (thanks, Rachel!) Based on the latter alone, I highly recommend going to her and her salon! I have not seen the other hairstylist there but I'm sure she's great since she works alongside Rachel!

I've gotten my nails done once here before only because I go some place closer to home. When you walk in there are also many things to buy from local products that change each month and hair products. I love this place because of the warm atmosphere, smells great, my hair dresser is great at what she does. she gets my hair done right each time I go and uses great product that makes your hair feel soft and shiny. best part is almost when they give you a nice head massage when they do the shampooing. Another great thing about this salon is the pricing tier. They have hair dressers just starting out with a lower cost and as they progress the price does go up

I highly recommend. They are following all covid precautions.

Another fantastic hair cut and beard trim by Amanda here at Stache!…read more I have never had the skill or ability to trim my own beard without making it a total mess. More often than not, I would do so much damage. I'd have to just shave it all lol. I started coming here about a year ago and Amanda has cut my hair several times and she does a phenomenal job. She's always super friendly. She is incredibly skilled. I really can't give her enough credit. Everyone I've ever interacted with is super friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of parking and you can book online. If you're looking for a little time to yourself, you want to relax while getting a fantastic haircut and having someone who's got a great ability to make you look fantastic and take care of your beard, then you have to give this place and Amanda a try!

My hair dresser was an owner and she spent every appointment giving directions to other employees and not paying attention to what she was doing for me. They charge $10.00 extra if you want your hair washed and the price of the cut to begin with was outrageous. I switched to another salon with two locations one in Pittsford and the other in Webster. The price was cheaper, they wash hair and the hairdresser pays attention and I finally have the basic haircut I want. They do a great job and I highly recommend it

My hair is incredibly important to me, so I spare no expense.  When I moved here I started going here, and have gone here since.  Robin is great.  She cuts my hair how I want it, does highlights how I want them, and doesn't try to talk me into doing things that I don't want to do.  I am naturally blonde and not very adventurous, so what I want is pretty basic.  I've had it long and short over the years, and done highlights and low lights.  It's been exactly what I wanted every time.  I also had my hair done here for my Senior ball and my wedding.  All of my bridesmaids came here, and all of their hair looked gorgeous!  One of my bridesmaids had really short neck length hair, and I didn't think it would even go up.  They got it in an up do, and it looked great and stayed perfect all day!  Thuy did my hair for my prom and my wedding.  My up do lasted all night, after taking my veil off, and I actually wore it on the plane the next day on my honeymoon!  Looked perfect the whole time. :) I highly recommend it here!

Deceptive Pricing and Poor Service at Your Salon!! Hey, I…read morewalked out of there on Saturday feeling ripped off and furious. Met with the owner on Friday was quoted one price, however after arriving on Saturday to start the process the price changed to double the amount. I showed Diane (stylist) a picture of what I wanted my hair to EVENTUALLY look like. I know from talking to Michelle (owner) on Friday that it was going to take at least two sessions, price was told to me $225-250. I was quoted by Diane on Saturday 155.00 just for bleaching my hair, if i then wanted baby lites in, it would be 3 something!!! What exactly is 3 something, is that an amount they decide they want to charge you after already pricing you something completely different?? I felt like I was being scammed and taken advantage of. I asked the stylist to rinse off the bleach , I paid, which I should have just let them call the police and deal with it in court, but I paid 140.00 to walk out of the salon with orange hair. Michelle (owner) called and before I said anything I wanted to hear what they told her, of course it didn't match up and it wasn't just because I was there and witnessed it, but I recorder the session and definitely different than what was told to Michelle. Michelle said this isn't about money, but yet refused to refund my money but offered services in exchange. Would you really want a service done there not knowing if they will change the price on you unexpectedly? I did dispute the charge and will have to wait 30 days to find out. If you are a client or thinking of going there RECORD your consultation/service. NYS is a one-party consent state, you do not have to tell anyone you are recording them. Unfortunately, you can't trust anyone nowadays. I will continue to leave my reviews about this unpleasant experience!!
