Unbeknownst to me, they never put the belly pan back on the car. Six months later when the car is in for another service at the dealership, they told me the belly pan was missing. We went back to Meineke and asked them to check in for the missing belly pan but they refused to even look for it, insisting it was never there. Now I have to spend more than $500 to buy a new one and have it installed. I will NEVER go to the Meineke in Colchester, and I will tell everyone I know not to go there and will NEVER recommend it.

One who genuinely thanked me for calling and didn't rush me off the phone. He said to call back 45 mins before I was ready to come in and he would make sure my car would get worked on right away. I called back this afternoon and they took me right away. Rob at the front desk was very friendly and the waiting room was very comfortable. As a younger female, autoshops aren't usually the most welcoming places, but this was the best auto-realted shop I have ever been to.
