Got 7 interior doors and a French door slab installed for $2000. They were doors I brought from Home Depot. They explained that there will be some damage to the frame because they have to hit it with a sledgehammer. Got some cracks on my wall and ceiling but I expected that. One of the heavier doors started to sag and won't close right. Toby wanted $400 to come out and fix that and told me I should have gotten custom doors. I feel like if the doors fit perfectly I could have done it myself. Bottom line is I should have hired a door company that have warranty on their work. You guys decide yourself. read more

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this "company". My first attempt to contact was a Wednesday call to the number posted in listing. After call wasn't answered, I immediately received a text saying "Please text me." I did so and explained what and where my project was (installation of a mini split AC unit). I was told that he "may be able to take a look at it tomorrow and he would text once out in the area to update." Then Friday afternoon came along and there was still never any update. I reached out again and asked if he was still planning to provide the estimate. He responded "If Wednesday will be okay we can come out Wednesday and give you an estimate." We agreed on Wednesday morning between 11 and 1 appointment. I explained to him that the residence was tenant occupied and any appt would have to be coordinated through them. I also provided tenant contact information. He said he would contact them when they were on their way to the property. I get a call from my tenant the next morning (Monday) saying "Hey there's some guy here that says you sent him for an estimate but he couldnt even tell us your name." Tenets let me speak with the guy and he explained that he was the brother of the person I had been communicating with and that he "had no knowledge of the project request but that he was told to just stop by because he was in the area." I explained to him what was needed and the tenant agreed to let him in still. Next thing you know Thursday comes around and I've never heard anything back from this company. I texted again to inquire if the estimate was forthcoming. I was told there had been some confusion about what was requested for the project (although no one had reached out for clarification) and that he would follow up with the brother and get back to me later that afternoon. Today (Sunday) comes around and again I'd heard nothing back. I reached out again regarding the estimate, and yes I was irritated at this point, and was given all these excuses about how busy they are and it was a "free estimate" anyway as if that should somehow excuse the completely unprofessional organizational and communication skills that were employed. It seems as if they weren't interested in my project and instead of bothering to get back to me and let me know that as promised, they figured they'd just ignore me until it was forgotten. Be careful when bothering to engage with this company unless you have time to waste, enjoy having random people enter your home for nothing, then turn around and lie to say it was your fault that they didn't understand the project request you clearly provided in text and verbally over phone. Then to even further his most stupid of excuses, he says it was because I wasnt there which he knew from the time I gave him the TENANT'S contact info. Furthermore, the "genius" RANDOMLY showed up two days before the scheduled appointment. He's lucky that anybody was there. "Free estimate"? My tenant's time wasn't free! read more

What can you say about a business that answers your emergency request to show up the same day to start a job another company bailed on, then spends their entire weekend making sure you are all set to go for your new kitchen installation Monday? If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. I just finished texting with Toby about a couple of small repairs I needed. He gave me a long drawn out explanation about how remounting a can light housing and properly wiring a fan/light switch would be a minimum of $600. This was after he had-mouthed another electrician who gave me a quote of $350 for the repairs. I told him that his quote was quite steep, considering the repairs needed. He then proceeded to tell me to not contact them again and finished by calling me a "jackass." Very professional Toby! I'll definitely be sharing this experience elsewhere. read more

Tobby and Matt were exellent. I had many projects to do for them - difficult 3D plastic wall tiles, pipe on the ceiling for bookshelf, vinyl wall mural, drilling into porcelain tile, etc... They were always on time and most importantly they were respectful of my property. They paid attention and took extreme measures to avoid scratching/marking anything in some very tight areas. Matt was awesome! He came by to quote me for a couple projects I needed to have done in my home. At the time, I was working on replacing my kitchen faucet myself, and was having some issues. He stayed for almost a hour and completed the faucet installation for me. The work is excellent and he was really professional. Same as a few others on here. Just not dependable. Response time is ok, but actually meeting the timelines provided clearly isn't a strong point of this company. I only requested 1 estimate window, but after reading the other reviews, I will not be trying to get them to complete the work I need done. A no show to an appointment let's me know this company sees no value to me or my time. I am glad to see the company reads and responds to feedback, so to the company rep/owner - our time matters too. If you schedule to be somewhere..be there. We understand stuff happens, if you can't make the agreed time, reach out and let those trying to support your business know what's going on - we should not be the ones tracking your day.
