I love this place! They have a good selection of products to chose from oil, bud and edibles. They also have the best return policy for cartridges, there's no time limit! Some top quality bud that reach a bit deep into the pockets. The more you spend up front, the less you'll have to in the long run though....and that certainly holds true here. You won't have to toke as much because they do have some really good quality green, but it's expensive even for the Eastside. Their prices are about 4.5-5.5x markup, when the industry standard should be 3.5-4x......That aside, the staff are very knowledgable and know the extensive menu inside and out. They also have a reasonable point system punch card with 5 visits earning 20% off....knock off about 5 bucks on all 8ths above 40 dollars, and I'd easily rate them 4 stars for quality and knowledge. read more

A great store. I have shopped around pretty much all of the Cannabis shops on the Eastside and found this store to be the best around. I am a medical user, and since the med shops have closed up, I had to find somewhere with quality medication. This place is it. They have quite high quality meds at a pretty good price point. They carry a great selection of CBD products. (CBD is essentially the anti-inflammatory and pain killing part of cannabis which does not get you intoxicated) Another great thing is they discount products often and are fantastic, especially for later generation folks who have a limited income and need to get meds. If you are a connoisseur or require quality meds, you will enjoy this establishment. You may be a new user or not experienced in this area, the staff are great at explaining things to you and suggesting something that will meet your needs. Staff is always helpful. Just had a really weird experience - clerk was friendly enough but was insistent that there was no difference between the products, specifically energy inducing vs. laid back mellow. We were trying to make sure that we were getting the right product, but they kept repeating that they personally had never been able to tell the difference (said it 4 times during a 5 minute interaction). My husband and I were looking forward to some advice on some new products (candy, drops, soft drinks, etc) to use for our work outs/exercising (the Zoots yippee kayay is my favorite) but we left disappointed in their odd stance/lack of knowledge. We were planning on stocking up with some new stuff to try, but just ended up going with our tried and true product. Would have asked another clerk but they were really crowded. Didn't get this person's name but they had long hair.... needs to be educated/keep their opinion to themselves. Beautiful store, great location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This store used to be my go-to place since the day it opened. I'm a cannabis connoisseur and they were nothing short of patient with me. I buy only sativa in 7g packages. In the beginning, I had no problem getting what I needed. In and out in a flash. As they months progressed, this store began to cater to the novice user and started carrying only 1-2g packages. I went in four different times only to leave empty-handed. Upon inquiring about the changes, I was told by an employee that they are not stocking significantly weighted packages anymore as there's not enough demand. $400 a month lost in business from me simply because they wouldn't carry the right size. read more

I came here here looking for CBD oil to help with my insomnia. I was immediately greeted and helped by an employee who explained the varieties that he recommended and what they do. He was very informed and helped me make a choice I felt great great about. I have been using the oil at night and it is the ONLY thing that has helped with my insomnia. Employees talk shit about customers as soon as they leave the store! If you are the next customer standing in line you can hear the employees complaining that the customers don't know what weed they want and that employees are holding grudges against repeat customers. How this makes sense I do not know. Shouldn't repeats be good? Maybe we don't know what weed we want and part of going to an over the counter is we can discuss what type to potentially buy. I went in and I told the girl I wanted something stinky and strong. I've been smoking for a long time so I really want it to be stony, so I can have a nice buzz. She brings over an eighth and tells me it's good and it's on sale so only 35$. I should have looked at the harvest date, it's 10 months old. When I got home and opened it up it, it didn't stinkand even worse it didn't get me stoned. I can feel a little bit of a buzz, but not much. 35$ flushed down the toilet....I would rather pay more and get good pot. I'll check out the other shop near by there. read more

Honestly so done in even trying with this dispensary I come here to get my needed medicine yet I've only come in contact with 2 bud tenders that actually know anything about the products while most of the workers don't even know where the products are on the shelf's or what even some type of products even are. This is definitely the sho you want to go to if you are someone who wants to get mid dosed or over sold in every way. There has been numerous times I see bud tenders up selling first time patients or very inexperienced patients which I fell is just wrong, especially when it comes to people like me who use this as medicine. read more

I do not smoke and didn't even partake until it became legal, because I am a goody goody. But this place is amazing. I don't want to inhale smoke, because I sing. But they have helped me understand the edibles. I am extremely high strung, can't sleep, always thinking. They recommend things like Brownies and drops that help me relax and sleep. I was just there and Kelly was so helpful and recommended a drink version to help with my back and my sleep. I go here a couple times a week, mostly because they have awesome deals on random days and usually won't know when new bud is coming in (which is all the time) thank you $10 Tuesdays! The only thing thats been a little of a burden is some of the newer staff a lady in particular that I tend to get often now doesn't really know the product and has somewhat of an attitude when you ask about the high or if you can see the package before purchase. Folks, again, glad your trying to expand another store, but seriously, your stealing inventory from Kirkland and making it harder to shop there. I hate going to Mary Janes or others, but if you keep isolating good strains to Bellevue (instead of balancing between stores), I'll have to find another shop. Also, Bellevue is really not a great store to visit, cold, impersonal and the low ceilings make you feel like you want to buy and get the heck out. Totally opposite of the Kirkland store. read more
