High View Plumber attempted to resolve a no hot water situation in our home. Plumber actually made situation worse and we hired a second plumber who resolved the problem. High View Plumber stated he adjusted our tankless water and later stated he does not work on tankless water heaters. In this case, he should have never touched our water heater. In fact, the second plumber asked if anyone had been "messing" around with the tankless water heater.
Plumber entered and exited an exterior door six (6) times and then he opens a door to the laundry room letting out two of our cats. Cats recently had surgery and were required to remain confined in a small room for five days. As a result of plumber's negligence, our two cats were now running around the against medical advice from veterinarian.
It's common courtesy never to open a closed interior door. This room could have been a bedroom with someone sleeping or changing clothes. Interior door hand handles are quite different from exterior door handles, so there should have been no confusion on the part of the plumber. After all, he already came through the exterior door six (6) times!
Plumber did not arrive at scheduled appointment time. He said he didn't look at his notes. read more
