Then you go back for your service - in my case, a massage. I swore I would never have another male masseuse after a horrible experience I had at a resort in the Poconos. That was until I met Tyler at Harmony Spa. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease - even with female masseuse. Tyler was very attentive. I walk out every time feeling refreshed and relaxed. He also suggests at-home stretches so you don't tense up. He's the best and I highly recommend him!

Additionally, the service is described as "full body," but areas like the stomach and buttocks were not included, which felt incomplete. Couples Massage: My experience was just okay. My partner had a noticeably better experience--his therapist was very communicative and provided thoughtful touches like a cool eye wrap. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same level of service, despite being in the same room, which made the experience feel inconsistent. I would consider returning but would request a different masseuse. Facial: This was the highlight of the visit. The facial was excellent, and I would definitely return for this service.

When we sat down to wait, three women came out to say, "We tried calling you five or six times to tell you that our massage therapist wasn't going to available until 11:30 so we pushed back your facials." No, no you didn't try to call--no missed calls, no voicemails--and what about the three appointment reminders, including one this morning? "Well we tried to call you , . ." NO, no you didn't. What's my number? "Uh, is it 302 . . . "NO. My number starts with 610. "Well I have a 10:30 client." You're telling us that you booked someone in during the time our appointments were scheduled?" Needless to say, we walked out after being treated so badly without even an apology or explanation as to why you would book a massage when the therapist wasn't even going to come in until 90 minutes later?
