They do it differently here than most waxing spots. When I walked into the room they have a gentle cleansing wipe for you to clean up and then they give you time to get settled in. I love their low-light ambient in the waxing rooms, their non-crinkly paper, and their non-toxic waxes. The whole experience was eventful. Natasha made it pain free and breezy. They use hard wax here for Brazilians so it allows a more seamless removal than soft wax. I definitely feel silky smooth! They also have a great line of products at the salon. I picked up the serum with chemical exfoliate to help prevent ingrown hairs. When you leave they give you a nice exfoliating glove as well which is a nice extra touch!

If this is how they treat potential clients before they even get through the door, I can't imagine how many eye-rolls I'd get during an actual treatment. One of the deciding factors for me was that they did offer numbing and it was included in the price. Other places either didnt offer it or charged extra. As for results its still too soon to tell, but they are using the go-to equipment everyone seems to be using, when I was doing my research. I will keep on coming here. Pleased so far.
