If you are going to require certain attire (although several guest came in while we were there who had on shorts and flip flops) and charge very high prices, you should have a cell phone policy in place and redirect guest to step outside or leave if they feel the need to FT their family for 20-30 min. The Burrata Caprese was fresh but could have used a few more tomatoes and my husband really enjoyed his steak. Well before our two hours were up, our (otherwise lovely) server began the gentle wrap-up and produced the bill -- which is a curious energy for a "linger and enjoy" brunch. And we were charged an extra 2% as a "large party" of seven... at a buffet. Where we served ourselves. I'm still working out the math on that one. If you want a beautiful setting, live music, better drinks, attentive service, and zero queues, the Setai brunch wins -- every single time. Mila, save it for the nightlife.
