I already had the bulb and they notified me they couldn't get under the car for installation, but Hassan walked me out to my car on an extremely hot day and helped assist me because he "didn't want me wasting my money." I was charged a diagnostic fee. Fine. They said what the problem was (supposedly) and what the charges would be to repair the problem. I gave consent to fix the problem. After picking up the car, on the drive home the issue was still present. Because I picked up the car close to closing, by the time I got home they were closed. I called the next day and I was told to bring it back for more diagnostics. I did. Once there, I was told I'd be charged for the diagnostics again. I was livid. How can you charge me TWICE for an issue that you failed to properly diagnose and fix the first time. Lesson learned. I won't be going back.
