This food hall is a great addition to Boston. We went here for the FIFA watch party. It was SO crowded and eventually they stopped letting people in. A testament to its popularity. They have a wide variety of food options and an open seating area with long tables. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of the food. I did get a can of Coke for $2, which I felt was very reasonable for a more touristy spot.

Great food court to stop in for breakfast or lunch, or sit at their beer / wine bar too. Many cuisine options to choose from - many quick grab and go sandwiches or platter style meals. The seating area is great too for groups of all sizes. Had a boba tea, breakfast sandwich, and some sushi here. Pretty varied picks from three different vendors. Boba tea from the bakery near the entrance was good. Breakfast sandwich from the spot right next to that was just perfect. They were very busy, so definitely popular. Also had a sushi roll and it was made quick and tasty. Good spot, thanks.

A lovely food court near South Station. They have a lot of seatings. Most people here seem to be office workers looking for lunch. The vibe is quite nice and not rushing. I had a DIY bowl from a healthy place with a long line that I can't remember the name. It's very fresh and very delicious. Ingredients are already seasoned and go well together. I'd give it 5 stars if there are more variety of food to choose here.

Horrible martini from the craft cocktail restaurant here. 16$ and chucnks of ice and didn't even fill it to the rim.

I had a craft cocktail from one of the restaurants and it was soooo bad. It wasn't even busy and the bartender didn't make a good drink at all. It almost seemed like he just didn't care. Ther service was not good and the drink was just terrible for 16$. It didn't even fill to the rim and had chunks of ice. It's the restaurant with the "craft cocktails" menu. Highly recommend not going to that one. Parking is street parking. I would go back for the other places but not this specific one. Wish they had more cocktails places to choose from than this.

Continuing to update as I try more stuff. Humoveh: had the beef arayes. Maybe my favorite food in high street? Fantastic middle eastern/Mediterranean (?) food. I loved the flavors and the portion was generous. 10/10 North East of the border: probably 1-2 stars for this place. Very expensive for a taco and it had like cubed meat in mine? Looked very unappealing and had a squeeze of sauce that stayed in its tube shape. Meat and general taco tasted overcooked and bland. Perhaps your 97 year old grandpa who is allergic to flavor might enjoy it. Not a good tortilla either and they were beyond slow. They forgot to make it and were like "oh are you still waiting?" After being on their cellphones for 15 minutes. Not a good time. But don't let this place ruin the whole vibes for you! Noble Castella: very very cute. The bear cup is adorable. The little cheesecake bites? I'd toss an infant in front of the red line to have more but thankfully, they will also just sell them to me for money whenever I come by so everyone is safe. They're beyond yummy. I didn't care for the boba but it is clearly homemade and fresh. Just not the consistency I like and kind of fell asleep but my drink was very good. Love this addition to the food hall!!

Just ok. Went on a Saturday evening around 630pm. Stayed long enough to eat an overpriced & overly (butter) oiled lobstah roll for $36 at the Dive Bar. The box was barely larger than a mini cinnamon roll. The nearby parking lot was deserted at 160 High St and still cost $11 for a little over 1-hr (the all day weekend price). Service was okay. I ordered and took food to a different location. Sitting at their bar was like staring at the worker with all of the TVs in the center lobby behind me. Definitely not worth $77, which included an order of chowdah, 3 pan seared shrimp and a can of Sprite. This may be better suited during the week for lunch or a evening for beer if you are already in town to meet friends. At 630pm on a Saturday, at least 4 vendors were closed. Wasn't worth the 30 minute drive in. Lastly, if you want dessert other than Gelato, this is not the place to find it.

Picture looks better than it looks. Lobster roll didn't have much lobster which was disappointing given the price and could've offered fries as a side instead of coleslaw...

Great food court to check out a few classic Boston spots like Mike & Pattys and Mamalehs. Though you don't get the same ambience as going to these restaurants, the food is still excellent. Large tv inside to watch the game. Beer from Alewife's available. Decent amount of seating but went on a weekend so it was pretty empty. Seems like a great place to catch a day game or have a happy hour after work. Looks like they have trivia nights and live music as well.

The High Street Place Food Hall located in upper downtown/financial district of Boston is a perfect blend for people to visit various food vendors with different cuisines while just catching up with friends, families, or colleagues. They have a bar and also multiple events. We went on a Tuesday and they had trivia night. Loads of seating, inside and out.

*Taco joint in High Street Place* My overall experience is really disappointing. For how nice the atmosphere and vibe of HSP is, this particular restaurant inside was horrible. Each taco is $6, and the portion size isn't bad for the price. However despite the meat being juicy it wasn't properly at drained at all of its juices and thus spilled all over me, my table and the to-go container it came in (and kept going). Meanwhile, who knows how long the beans and rice had been sitting today? The rice was mushy and also hard, like they scraped the bottom of the pan after hours of sitting there and served it to me- it was disgusting. This all could be somewhat overlooked except that the service was bad as well. I waited at the register for minutes before the employees turned around to acknowledge and take my order. In total I paid $18 for crap, half of which I threw away. It seemed a crime to make me pay any money for this food. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this restaurant. Look somewhere else in here. Or you could go out of the building and avoid this place altogether.

This place is so neat! They had so many food choices to pick from! It gets some what crowded, but then it dies down fast. It's a very new school look ! Love it !

I came to City Place in Boston several times mostly because it was the pick up and drop off…read morelocation for a tour company I used on two tours while in Boston (Grayline/Beantown Trolley). I will say I was little surprised and disappointed. This is not at all like City Place in Doral (Miami) where I am from. There it is open air, large, beautiful and full of fun places and great restaurants to eat at. This City Place seems more like an indoor food court with the only restaurants I saw to be blaze pizza and the paragon of great Asian food P.F Chang's (lol). Still this is where I went on some great tours. If your visiting Boston, I would definitely check out the tours Grayline/Beantown has. One great thing besides the tour company at City Place is the life size statue of Edgar Allen Poe. Obviously a small man who cast a long shadow. If your wondering why is there a statue of him in Boston? Well, he was born there. Per the tour guide, it was funded by a limited edition Edgar Allen Poe bobble head... wish I could have known I would have bought it! I love Edgar Allen Poe ever since I read this poem of his in middle school that spoke to me: From childhood's hour I have not been As others were -- I have not seen As others saw -- I could not bring My passions from a common spring -- From the same source I have not taken My sorrow -- I could not awaken My heart to joy at the same tone -- And all I lov'd -- I lov'd alone -- Then -- in my childhood -- in the dawn Of a most stormy life -- was drawn From ev'ry depth of good and ill The mystery which binds me still -- From the torrent, or the fountain -- From the red cliff of the mountain -- From the sun that 'round me roll'd In its autumn tint of gold -- From the lightning in the sky As it pass'd me flying by -- From the thunder, and the storm -- And the cloud that took the form (When the rest of Heaven was blue) Of a demon in my view -- I loved the detail of the statue... the Tell-Tale Heart... the Raven... amazing! The statue was awesome. The tour company was great. The rest...uninspiring.
