Enter turn and burn propane at my beloved shoe spoon brewing Company. I pulled up to the propane tank and another customer was waiting just ahead of me so they'd already pressed the little button and the attendant was on their way. They arrived quickly with a smile on their face and rapidly filled the other customers tanks and then turn their attention to me in the meantime, while filling the other tanks, the attendant spoke to me and gave me directions to unload. Mine placed them in a row and that he'd get to them right after finishing with the first customer and that he did. Their station fills tanks very quickly, and the attendant was incredibly friendly and conversational too. It's really nice that they have the ability to take credit card payment right there at the pump saves you a step from going inside and everything is handled lickety-split. I truly cannot recommend this station enough for anyone in the South Reno area or for anyone headed south on 580 for a camping trip. They will have you in and out in no time.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but we put an order in for fuel the week before Halloween and it's December 4th and we have not received a delivery. We decided to explore options for an electric jackhammer. We reached out to the big box retailers which did not feel very accommodating or customer service oriented. They expected us to know what a small, medium or large jackhammer was. We also reached out to All Star Rents. They were very accommodating and explained the different options as well as how the rental process works. We rented a 60lb electric jackhammer for a 24 hour period and it was only a few dollars more than the big box retailers. The electric jackhammer enabled us to complete the digging work much faster and was far less strenuous. It was amazing to see the job done so quickly. The return process was also very easy. They even helped me unload it from our trailer. We would recommend All Star Rents!

RAT INFESTED: say goodbye to your belongings that you paid too much to store in the first place…read more Nota bene: The high ratings for this place were for a time when the storage units were under previous ownership, and the previous, awesome owners have been replaced by the rentier bourgeois of the worst kind. This used to be the best storage unit in Reno--it was the most affordable, the staff was very friendly, and it was convenient to pay online. Unfortunately, it was sold about a year ago to new owners based out of Roseville. They jacked up the prices by 25%, they ask you to pay by check (as if it's 1995), and only recently did they make payment by Paypal available (for a $3/month fee!). The units are infested with rodents, to which the new owners respond by telling tenants to set mouse traps. There is no lighting provided in the units, either. Oh, and there isn't a dumpster anywhere in sight. Just to be clear, these new owners raised the rates to a ridiculously high amount, they instituted a fee to pay online (the previous owners did not charge you for paying via Paypal), the units are rodent infested (but the elevated rates don't help this matter in the least), there is no lighting in the units, and there's nowhere to put your trash. All the new owners care about is collecting your money, full stop. DO NOT RENT HERE. They might argue that they've used the increased rents to pay for a keypad gate system (instead of paying an actual employee to work there). Granted, this is a step up from the goon they had walking around harassing tenants to verify that they were up to date on payments. Extremely intrusive. Bottom line: this place is the *worst*, the owners are greedy, exploitative, and your belongings will be ruined by rodents.
