Kevin also let me know that he would be sending detailed documents with all the photos he took during the inspection, which was very reassuring and helpful. We have been using ProCraft for approximately six months and have been consistently impressed with the technicians who service our home. We initially contacted ProCraft to address a rat issue outdoors, and we soon chose to add additional services based on the quality of their work. Our rat problem has been reduced from severe to minimal (acknowledging that complete elimination may not be possible due to our location near an alley). Our spider and ant issues have been entirely resolved; the technicians efficiently and meticulously removed all webs and applied treatments to deter future activity. As mentioned in the short review, we required a less conventional schedule than most customers, and Luke immediately recognized the importance of this. I was doing research and found that this Procraft Pest Control had decent reviews and wanted to try them out. I signed a year-long contract with ProCraft Pest Control and already regret it. My first service in October went fine and focused on the interior of my apartment with some exterior, which is what I initially requested. I later realized the price I was quoted required signing a year contract. I agreed to it for the reduced rate, even though that was not what I originally wanted. The issues started with my second visit. They came on the scheduled date (Tuesday 1/27) but only provided a time window, not an exact appointment. That day, someone rang my doorbell once and by the time I checked, no one was there, so I assumed it was a delivery. I later found out it was Patrick, the ProCraft employee. They went ahead and sprayed only the exterior WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, which Luke confirmed when he followed up with me on Friday 1/30. I specifically requested interior service with some exterior, not exterior only. Luke apologized for the miscommunication, but I do not appreciate the lack of communication or integrity from this company. They rescheduled the service for next week, but my card still has the charge for the service that has NOT been performed. Unless you are okay being charged for services you did not receive, I would not recommend ProCraft Pest Control. I was also told a refund was processed, which I still have not received.

One of the units was unfortunately inaccessible the day he came but he was gracious and accommodating enough to come another day to inspect it. All his reports are same day and communication is great. Also he has reasonable and competitive prices with a variety of options and packages you can choose from. When I called him after discovering multiple issues, he gave me every excuse in the book about why he "couldn't" access certain areas due to the home being occupied but yet were fully visible if he paid a lot closer attention, these are the same areas where I'm now facing major problems.
