A review alone could simply not capture how much I LOVE coming here! HRC is beat base cycling class where you will be riding to the beat and doing some fun choreo all throughout class while pushing to your limits! I have never seen a place so welcoming, accepting, and all-around fun! This is definitely my second home and a place I always look forward to going every day! read more

This place is the BEST!! All three of their studios are amazing! All of the staff and instructors and are so welcoming, encouraging and supportive! I tell all of my friends to try High Ride.. it is addicting!! read more

LOVE High Ride! I've tried most of the spin studios in Denver, and High Ride is easily my favorite. For a small business, the owners have created a great standard of consistency through all of their classes. Each instructor brings their own vibe, but you can expect the same level of accessibility, challenge and motivation from everyone. I became a monthly unlimited member last year, and ride about 4 times a week. Spotlight on my regular instructors: -Liz: Best a**-kicking I could ask for! -Nora: Favorite hip-hop playlists -T: Most soulful, restorative mornings -Sarah: New to the podium. So welcoming and fun -Hanna: Favorite motivational pushes That said, any class you take is worth it! No matter how many classes you've taken, you'll never get bored and always leave the studio feeling energized. T Thank you High Ride Team! read more

Obsessed is an understatement! You can feel the electricity from this studio as soon as you open the door. The owners go out of their way to know your name and face. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and so talented. And the community and energy is unmatched. You simply cannot and will not find a better place to work out than High Ride!!! read more

Best cycle class with the most amazing instructors. I take encouragements from class into the rest of my life. "Yes you can, yes you will!"

Once High Ride was introduced into my life by Denver Fitness Week years ago, I've never gone back to any other cycle studio! High Ride has everything I've ever wanted in a workout - AMAZING instructors that keep me motivated and positive (inside & outside the studio), BANGING music (which I always ask the instructors for their playlists ), and the most inclusive environment! I could not recommend or rave about High Ride enough!! read more

I'll start this review by saying before 2018, I was a serial monogamist with gyms. I'd commit for the year (to get the deal) and eventually find a reason to leave, moving on to the next place. Four years later, I continue to love every moment I spend at High Ride. The owners make an effort to learn your name (seriously, Megan must know 1 million names), the instructors celebrate your victories, and the warmth reverberates long after you leave the studio. All this to preface the fact that the workout itself is challenging without being intimidating. The instructors give you options and there is no pressure on a leadership board, nothing but love and praise in that room. I can't recommend it enough!! read more

The best spin studio around!!!! I had tried out a few other studios and was convinced spin was not for me... My friend asked me to try High Ride and I. am. hooked. The entire team is so friendly and welcoming and the riders are all so sweet. It truly is a community of badass people just trying to sweat and have a good time. Great music, great vibes, great workout. 10/10 would recommend. read more

It's the absolute best -- workout, all the feels, music and the instructors! You can't go wrong!

This is just an awesome place. Super high energy and welcoming environment. Lots of class times and all the instructors are great. Love to bring out of town visitors here. read more

I've been working out at High Ride regularly (3-5 days per week) for a few months. I book classes using the Mind Body app. This place books up fast, especially on the weekends. You can, however, cancel a reservation up until two hours before class, which is super reasonable given how popular they are. You don't need to bring anything except a water bottle. You can also buy water there if you forget yours. They provide towels on each bike and spinning shoes. Shoes are included in the price of class/membership. The shoes are always clean. If you want to invest in your own shoes, you can place an order at High Ride. They will put the clips in for you. The studio, bikes, sound system, and lights are all top of the line and kept up. The bathroom has separate shower and toilet stalls. It is airy, clean, and stocked with accommodations: tampons, quips, cotton balls, cotton swobs, blow dryer, deodorant, dry shampoo, shampoo etc. The best part about this studio is the culture. The owners, Megan and Scott, are passionate about helping people. They are kind, funny, professional, and welcome feedback. They are easy to love! The spin instructors are phenomenal. They make everyone feel welcome. They explain hand positions, resistance, and lead you through stretches at the start of every class. They encourage you to listen to your body while also pushing yourself to "make a little change" and "get a little stronger". My favorite classes right now are with Megan (owner), Rae, Will, and Alexa. But they are all seriously amazing. The classes feel like a hybrid between dance party and therapy. Megan always ends her classes with saying "thank your body for being here, not everyone can do this". As someone who has not always felt able to access something as rigorous as a spin class, her reminder makes me feel really proud, grateful, and empowered. I highly recommend trying out High Ride. You're welcome in advance. read more

See all

this place has all the essentials, the vibes and a good playlist. Haven't met an instructor I don't love.

HRC is home away from home. All of the instructors are so encouraging, kind, upbeat, and genuinely want you to be there. Every instructor is unique and has their own style but all of them are so inviting and motivating. I absolutely love High Ride and count down the hours until the next class :) read more

High Ride is the best ride. From the minute you walk in the door, there's a warm greeting and a smile at the front desk. From there, you hit the spin room with an enthusiastic instructor who you can tell LOVES what he or she does. It really is a high ride - you'll leave feeling heaps better than you did when you walked into the space! As far as cleanliness goes, it's immaculate. You can be confident you're riding on a bike which has been sanitized between classes and the studio itself is always pristine. Truly a great experience from stem to stern. read more

Update: Still love HRC! I am still obsessed with this gym. Wouldn't leave these High Ride vibes for anything!

This studio has a dark vibe. i am new to Denver and recently tried this studio for the first time. The two owners were in some sort of dispute with someone. Looked like it might have been a staff member. No matter who it was, it was uncomfortable and seemed highly unprofessional. It was two against one, and it totally brought down my energy. No one should be treated like that. Will they treat members like that if something doesn't go their way? Anyway, I have now tried Star Cycle and Vic Cycle, and these studios have much better vibe. read more

hooked after my first ride! all are welcome here. give it a try! the staff is amazing and the studio is super clean.

Love, love, love High Ride! I have been to SoulCycle, CycleBar, Gym spin classes, pretty much every variation of spin. High Ride is one of my favorites. High Ride is most similar to SoulCycle where you ride to beat versus tracking your RPMs or Power. The class is 45 minutes of fun music, motivating instructors and intense cardio. I love that each class is different and always challenges me. You walked out of that class not only feeling like you had an amazing work out, but also with a ton of confidence because of how much you pushed yourself. Try it out, you will not be disappointed. read more

I took the girl who owns the place at sloans lake, used the restroom way after, there wasn't a class right away, and it wasn't before I even left the establishment that her and the front desk girls were talking shit about me! Completely negated everything she said in class read more

Walking into High Ride, you will be greeted by the most friendly staff (by name!) and energized by the instructors to give your best during the 45 minute class. You will leave class feeling amazing and oh so proud of yourself!! Check it out for yourself!! read more

Best cycle studio in Denver! I was on classpass and tried a few others, but this place was so good I had to become a member they also have really amazing new member deals! read more

One year later, I'm still riding at this studio. Each instructor brings their own unique vibe to every class which keeps the rides from ever getting stale. I continue to highly recommend this place to everyone I know! read more

I can't even express how much I am in love with the classes at the studio, but I'm going to try. I have been doing spin for five years at the same studio and really fell in love with spin as it was the only fitness class I was actually looking forward to. But, it was still a chore for me. Once that studio dropped from classpass I was forced to look into another studio and then I found high ride cycle. The energy that every class brings is infectious. I feel like I'm in a room of all Warriors. The focus on the beat of the music brings me back to my roots of technical dancing. The instructors are so motivating. The message delivered each class reaches my soul. And even though I am most definitely the least fit person there, I am inspired by all the people around me and it only pushes me to be better. I have truly never enjoyed fitness the way that I do when taking classes at high ride cycle. Thank you. read more

Best Cycle Studio in Denver! I started going to spin classes through Class Pass and hopped around studios for a while until I tried High Ride. After a couple classes - I was obsessed! The instructors are all awesome and really know how to pick playlists and that's one of my favorite parts of the class. They also put together a lot of themed rides that add to the hype. High Ride also has affordable New Rider specials that I highly recommend taking advantage of if you're just starting out. I quickly upgraded my membership to unlimited and I am so glad I did! 10/10 would recommend :) P.S - their apparel is super cute too. read more

This is the best spin studio! I love that each instructor has their own style. The front desk ladies are also the sweetest. My favorite part is that they always celebrate your milestones! It's so cute and very motivating! read more

The best fitness studio in the world! The instructor and community are what makes it number 1! I'm obsessed

LOVE CLASSES HERE! so many great instructors and a big ol party! I am always trying to convince friends to join!

High Ride is more than a spin gym but a welcoming, positive community of staff and riders. Don't get me wrong, these instructors will give you 45 minutes of sweat and tears but you'll love them for it. The front desk staff are the greatest and have the best customer service! My favorite thing about High Ride is they truly care about building relationships. When I was first trying out the spin life I went to various gyms but none compared to how I was welcomed and treated at HG. Four years later, they're still my fav! Recommend 1000/10. read more

I started cycling when I lived in DC at Zengo - a studio that is rhythmic based and feels like a combination of cardio + strength training. When I moved to Denver, I struggled to find a place that had these same elements that made me feel comfortable, challenged and didn't absolutely break the bank. Enter, High Ride! After my first class here, I was totally hooked. I signed up for the monthly unlimited membership (THANK YOU for having this option) and come on a very regular basis. The entire staff is so welcoming. I haven't taken a class yet that doesn't have a stellar playlist and leave me feeling like I had to push myself. Each instructor does have their own style which I love because I know I can diversify my week by taking various class times to get a different vibe in the classes. You won't end up having a favorite because they really all are so talented at what they do here. I leave High Ride feeling energized (even though I just sweat my butt off) by the uplifting environment. Plus, the shoes are free, there are amazing unlimited membership perks and the studio set up doesn't make you feel crowded. In short, if you're looking for a place to have fun and feel the burn, this is it!! read more
