He gave me a thorough quote over email. On the morning of the cleaning he and the owner of the company were there early and walked me through what they'd be doing. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. Kyle communicated with me daily on progress and walked everything with me a few times before they completed to ensure they weren't missing anything. After they completed I found a few spots that got missed and they addressed them right away. Given that the main thing with construction is dust, they explained that if any additional dust settled they would come back and address it. Overall a really great experience.

They were very thorough with their work and explained to me in great detail to help me understand the extend of the damage and how they were going to take care of the water and mold issue. They communicated with me daily regarding what time they will starting for the following day. They covered the floors and put up containment. Cleaned up at the end of each day and never left the job site messy. Took out the old fixtures with care so they could be reused. This team really does a quality job.
