I will not be back. Very pleasant man but he said he would back-up and restore my files. He compressed them instead so now I have about 10,000 compressed files I am told to go through one at a time to find out what they are and re-name them and re-file them. Owner was very polite. I asked about my computer no longer running a game I wanted to play and was immediately told my pc was not able to handle the game. I had previously played the game for over 30 hours perfectly fine, only crashing maybe once or twice. He opened the computer for a second, looked and said it wasn't good enough then immediately tried to sell me a new computer. I'm 14 and was with my dad, neither of us know much about computers so we believed him and bought an old computer that he claimed would work for any games i want. The old pc was 500 dollars, he said that i could get 75 dollars off if i decided to sell him my almost 700 dollar pc that was only about 2 and a half years old for 75 dollars. Took the new pc home, took forever to turn on, got very hot, wouldnt let me log in, tried to download a game and by the 10 hour msrk i called wuits and unplugged the computer, i will be trying to return it when the dtore opens sgsun after christmsas. read more

Traded a great computer with little wrong with other than a power supply issue for a "$300" hunk of junk, they took $200 off for the trade and made the computer seem like a really good deal, the computer broke two months later after it was to late to return it. After a look inside of the computer I found that the cords were slashed and pieced together and it was just a horrendous mess. Also, if you go in and ask for any iPod products they will say "to expensive to carry" and show you some crappy knock offs that attempt to clone ipod functionality, but FAIL. read more

Took my year old Hitachi 55 inch tv to have backlights replaced. Already knew this was the problem. Took it in October 10th and it took about 2 weeks for them to get back to me. I actually had to call them. The owner said he had tried to call me but couldn't get through. He read back my number so I know he didn't try to call me. He told me that the backlights were out and asked if I wanted it fixed. I told him I did and he had it ready on October 26th. I picked up the tv on November 3rd. Less than a month later the backlights went out again. I took the tv back in the end of November and picked it up December 4th. Around the first of January the backlights went out again. Due to medical problems I couldn't take the tv back to them until March 5th. The gentleman looked at the original receipt and explained that they fix the tv 3 times so I told him to go ahead. On March 8th I got a call telling me that it would cost $190 to fix the backlights this time. The first time it cost $260. I reminded the man that he told me it would not cost anything to fix while looking at the receipt with all the dates on it. On the 8th he kept saying that he couldn't fix it for free. I asked why he didn't send the bad parts back and get them replaced. No answer. I told him not to fix the tv. I wish I had just went the extra few miles and taken it to Triad Electronics in Winston-Salem. I have never had any issues with them. Now I'm out $260 and don't have a tv. Guess you live and learn. I would not recommend taking your electronics to High Point Electronics. Go that extra mile and take it to Triad Electronics in Winston. I know I will from now on. read more

I paid $25 for a diagnose on my PlayStation I told them that I only needed a new hdmi port but they still charged me the $25 and they told me that they would call me with a diagnose in 24-48 hrs and nothing I called them 2 days later and asked about my PlayStation and they said they still dint know what was wrong with it. Then 4 days later I called again and same thing he told me he dint know what was wrong with it, I told him I just needed the hdmi port changed and he said I don't know I need to check. The same day he calls and tells me I don't know if it the hdmi port or something else?????? Really I paid for a diagnose that I already knew but he still charged for it. I just went to pick it up took it somewhere else and problem fixed they gave me my PlayStation the same day and in working conditions. If I could give 0 stars to this business I would read more

Worst place ever not only are the prices to high they have a problem with people of color and it doesn't matter what color just color. I was offend by the store owner and when I tried to buy a computer cord after he basically told me I was stupid he threw my cord back at me. Never buy anything from these people. I was glad to leave and know no one was in the store spending money they don't deserve anyone's money. read more
