That wasn't a big deal and was finally figured out when I actually talked to someone that knew what to do. Got the jeep in 2023 and was so happy. Looked beautiful and was just what I wanted. First year was great. After that not so great. Back up camera kept needing to be fixed and then the start of the rust and bubbling all over the road armor. I watched it keep getting worse and paint falling off when I washed it. Reached out to them. They tell me to contact Road Armor. I do that and Road Armor tells me for any warranty it has to be the person who purchased the parts. Ok, so I contact DTO. Ohhhhh well that was other "management" and they didn't keep good records and we have no clue who built your Jeep. WOW! Took it to my local professional to see if he could repaint. He didn't want to touch it. I have now been waiting over a month for this company to get back to me with solutions. But nothing but crickets. Do your research people and go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and the excuses like "other management" "it's from the elements" and "we don't know who built your jeep" and I only heard the word unfortunately 60 times from him. Well, unfortunately....... I asked them what if I tried to get another jeep from you. How much would you give me for this one. They were $8,000 less than the place I took it to here in town. Way to care about your customers. It's all great until you have issues. "Unfortunately" this place stinks

I have only owned this Jeep for less than five years and it is a 2020 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I was very excited when I received my custom Jeep from DTO. My last vehicle was 11/12 years old Nissan Xterra and I saved up to have my dream jeep. I spent a lot of money to ensure it was properly done by DTO Customs (and paid the money to have the vehicle shipped to me). The process seemed seamless...or so I thought. Within the last few months, the starter had to be replaced (which could be understandable due to miles but I am still within my extended warranty). However, I kept going back into the shop repeatedly due to the entire transmission failure, alternator failure, multiple batteries failure (2x main, 2x aux besides original within the jeep), reverse camera failure, grounding circuitry issues, etc. So my Jeep has repeatedly been in and out of the shop for weeks at a time within the last few months (impacting my military occupation), and again, this is within five years of the jeep actually being manufactured as it is a 2020 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. My Nissan Xterra didn't have this many issues and it was 11/12 years old and 190,000 miles. I am also literally now facing another issue that concerns electrical wiring to a custom part that was installed and recommended by DTO Customs when I purchased the vehicle a few years ago. Sadly, I even got the extended warranty (which the sales representative recommended as the individual assured me that any issues within 100,000 miles/5 years would be covered). Unfortunately, I found out that the extended warranty only covers things done by the manufacturer. So anything that I had custom done through DTO Customs (who actually sold me the jeep and shipped it to me) was unfortunately not included under the extended warranty, which I was not aware of until now. I have had to pay out-of-pocket due to the extended warranty not covering certain items to include the replacement of the entire transmission that blew besides the other parts that were customized by DTO Customs. While customer service may be polite and my jeep may "look cool", I just want a functioning vehicle that is reliable and would have not gotten this jeep if I would have known all the issues I was going to have within a short period of time. Sad to say that the trade-in value is low, especially for what I paid originally for the vehicle. So, I will not be coming back to this facility, and I will be writing to the management team. Here is hoping that after another visit to the shop...the sixth visit within the last few months and many phone conversations again...the issues will finally stop and I can finally focus on getting to and from work for the military.

When the dealer took three hours to get it done, he just had his driver wait patiently until I was comfortable. He didn't come down as much as I would have liked on the price, but to be fair, it was priced below market to start with, so I really shouldn't have asked. Mike did everything he committed to do and more. We agreed that there would be a set of winter floor mats thrown in, then I asked for a trunk mat that I would pay for. In the end, Mike was such a gentleman, he threw it in. Very classy, very straightforward. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Love my car, love the deal, thanks, Mike!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from him, both Mercedes and have had an excellent experience with both cars. He deals mostly in BMW, Mercedes, Lexus and the occasional Jaguar or Volvo. Check out his website. Honestly, the price you would pay for a low mileage Mercedes is equal or less than what you pay for a new Fix-or-repair-daily Ford. And the resale of Mercedes is the best in the business next to a Volvo. Think of the fun of driving around in BMW as opposed to driving around in a Saturn....no contest!

After Audi of Bethesda Dealership did a $900 diagnostic because it's a Audi hybrid I was told the engine would have to be taken out and the timing chain would need to be replaced which is a $9000 repair. The warranty I bought through my credit union would not repair because I only had the car for a few days and it didn't have at least 500 miles on it. Resultingly the credit union returned my $3000 I paid for the warranty. I reached out to Marcos and wanted to return the car to but he would not take it back. I guess that what I get for paying for the car outright. Marcos owns an electric car which he mentioned to me and that he is saavy with reprogramming computers in cars. Thus, I believe he tinkered with this vehicle computer to get it sold before the engine light came on. Marco referred me to an "Audi Specialist" in Manassas who gave me false information about the car but not before he sqeezed me out of $1200 in repairs. He claimed he fixed the problem and turned off the check engine light so I could drive it the 500 miles for a warranty to fix the problem. BIG FAT LIE!!! Once I got a warranty with Car Shield and the 500 or so miles, I took it to the dealer again and got the same diagnostic. I contacted Car Shield after I put it back in Audi of Arlington and they came in with a forensic engine specialist that put cameras through the engine to prove they were not responsible for the issue. According to the computer it was able to provide a freeze frame of the actual time and date of the original check engine light after I got the car and of course it was before Car Shield warranty was obtained. I was stuck with a car that needed fixing so I took it to another Audi repair shop in Pasadena, Md that offered to fix it for $3600. That did not happen!! He made so many excuses such as my dog died, Covid issues, parts stuck on ships in the ocean from Germany, blah blah blah. The car left his shop worse than it came in. To sum it the horrible experience Marcos sold me a lemon and I would never do business with him again.....The saga continues. please see Criswell Audi of Annapolis and Paul's Automotive for the remainder of this dumpster fire of a story.....

On one hand, the initial sales process with Habby and Kayla was excellent--professional, smooth, and pressure-free. I also really love the car. On the other hand, the finance department subsequently engaged in a deceptive product substitution that has resulted in a months-long administrative nightmare. During my financial signing, I was presented with a digital selection screen explicitly branded and marketed as the manufacturer's official Subaru Added Security (SAS) protection program. I agreed to purchase these official plans for a total of $4,103.00. However, without my knowledge or consent, the finance department switched the finalized paperwork to third-party contracts administered by Fidelity Warranty Services (JM&A Group). When I discovered the unauthorized switch, the Finance Director, Emmir Quiroga, explicitly admitted the discrepancy in writing on April 30th and agreed to void the third-party contracts and convert them to the authentic, backdated factory SAS plans. I signed and returned the cancellation documents that exact same day. It has taken over a month and a formal escalation to Subaru Customer Advocacy, the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), and Better Business Bureau just to get a basic status update. It is ridiculous that a dealership requires corporate and state-level intervention just to honor a written agreement. I highly recommend the sales staff here, but look at your final finance paperwork with a magnifying glass before signing.

The team at Euro Motorcars in Germantown, however, provided outstanding service without ever making me feel bad for loving my older car. That commitment was put to the ultimate test with a persistent, tricky check-engine light. I had brought the car in for the same issue over an extended period, and the initial fixes just weren't resolving it. When I brought this frustration to their attention, they didn't treat me like a difficult customer. Instead, they simply doubled down on making it right. They kept my vehicle--and kept me in a brand-new loaner--until the issue was fully resolved. It took several months, including a master service call directly to German engineers. Throughout the entire process, communication was stellar. I received regular updates, had a long, reassuring conversation with the Service Director, and was even invited to talk through the mechanics directly with the technician working on my car. Because the diagnosis was so complex, they made some initial missteps--and rather than passing those costs on to me, they absorbed them entirely. It is rare for a business to take a frustrating situation and turn it into a genuinely positive experience. Hats off to the service team at Euro Motorcars for living up to the Mercedes ideals of quality, craftsmanship, and integrity.

The next day, after waiting to connect with senior management, I was put in contact with Mo, who tried very diligently to correct the other unnamed individuals deceptive and dishonest work practices. The vehicle we wanted was sold to another customer (which is understandable) - how what is inexcusable is the amount of deceptive practices and false information and statements made on behalf of the salesman and the director of used car sales. Charge you up for 5k more on your deal I am writing this complaint today about Fairoaks Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Chantilly. I purchased a car last week and traded in my truck. I was under the impression I was buying the vehicle as well as adding on the optional insurance and extended warranty. Only I was only given five pages of my paperwork and was told those were my copies days later I got my, full packet of paperwork, and that is when I realized that the dealership had packed in a warranty and an outrageous cause that was not disclosed to me low jack which I was not interested in whatsoever and declined as well as the Zürich shield for the paint protection, my total price out the door went up almost exactly $10,000 Just to add insult to injury I was recommended to the dealership from two people who had worked there so I came in with my guard down a little bit. I literally signed one time on the iPad which the finance manager was able to click and sign during the rest of the deal, distracted and playing off of my naivety. I have reached out to the dealership offering an attempt to resolve this as the big thing I wanted was the gap insurance and possibly the warranty instead, I didn't even get gap insurance so God forbid I had total my vehicle. I would've really been in a terrible situation once I reached out to the dealership nobody is contacted me in a reasonable time frame and once I did finally get somebody on the phone they were not interested in working with me or even really hearing me out, I have consulted other friends and coworkers as I also work in the auto industry specifically as a car salesman every single person I have told to me what they did was not unethical, but it was illegal. I do not typically like to get legal action involved but at this point, I am paying over $100 extra for things that I did not even want, I feel like this dealership needs to be investigated, and strict action needs to be taken as I do not feel like I received anywhere close to the customer service that I should've received as a consumer I feel played. I feel cheated. I was misled and I am regretting doing business business with Chrysler Dodge, thank you and I hope to hear from somebody here soon
