HLH CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY!!!! The business has changed hands to a larger corporation that grows crappy weed, what they sold me did not AT ALL even resemble what they had out on the shelves, they are clearly hand picking the best nugs from possibly different batches to represent the strain but what you get in your bag is wet, smashed and uncured. If you at all value your cannabis RUN, yet another place that has fallen to big business. Shift has been around for over a decade and their decline from a local grow that was lovingly owned to a sold out shell that hocks bottom dollar weed has been documented through reddit, leafly, COEnts, Trees etc. If you already buy bargain bin like livwell or lightshade then you're in for a treat! otherwise please find a store with only two or three locations and a direct connection to their grow, that's what we had with High Level and that's what we've lost. Good luck and stay safe everyone. PS: Shoutout to CHASE!!!! Great employee from High Level (don't see anyone else there, I wonder why) that took care of us and seemed apologetic about the unprofessional rollout of the new store (ATM machine not setup properly by 3rd party, bare walls, no signage, they had to remove all the AWARDS that HLH had won over years of dedicated service) read more

I am finally going to look for another dispensary. First they get rid of medical. Their flower is always very dry. They stopped making concentrate. Mainly, they are way overpricedrpriced, for not the best quality anymore. Why do businesses always seem to get worse over time? read more

Weigh your weed! Have been going here a long time and just found out they've been shorting us 4/5grams on an ounce and probably every time! I just happened to go home after picking up today and weigh it myself to discover that every single 8th containers all only contained 3Gs or less read more

Luis is hella helpful and gave good strain advice!! Now I gotta keep filling this up but ya man is super cool read more

I only come here if I need edibles now. They sold out to a big company that grows super shitty weed. Sucks because I was right down the street and it was the best weed in town. The stuff they sell now is full of pesticides and terrible quality. The dregs. People are super nice though. read more

I had a really bad experience at another dispensary I usually go to (Yuma way) and came into High Level for help. Moe and Derrick were extremely nice and helpful from the beginning of my purchase to the end. They even said they were getting one of my favorite brands within the week! High Level is my new go to spot 100%. Plus the prices are amazing!! read more

Best of best very professional with good flowers. Any way I'm a big fan since 2012. The joint are pretty cheap for the quality.

Let's start with an honorable mention for the OG Sara. She is one of the redeeming qualities to this staff. The bad thing about this place is the pricing, lack of a medical side, underwhelming reward system, and some other lazy budtenders. After confirming the 2 strains I wanted and failing to ask if I want to use points, the budtender Stevie packed up the wrong strains. This was after a brief standoff about a deal he declined then he asked me if I had a med card.(they don't do medical anymore lol I had to remind the employee) After requesting that he look into the point system, he finally was able to comprehend getting me my (incorrect) product. Its worse than when they forget your guac at chipotle. Or when Taco Bell forgets to throw sauce in the bag. Y'all literally just have to scan the container and put the 8th in a bag. Do better please guys? Now I have overpriced mids for the night but does Stevie care? No. I've been shopping at this location for years and it's just gotten worse since I first discovered this place. I'll also mention the points system is trash compared to its previous counterpart. It used to be a rewarding system. This is corporate cannabis y'all. :( read more

Nice selection of concentrates and nice helpful staff! I really enjoy their in house offerings. Just restock your medical side y'all are slacking read more

Great customer service! I called this location and Stefan (hope I spelled that correctly!) had a super positive attitude and was very helpful. Highly recommend! read more

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I enjoyed High Level way more before the renovation back when they were my neighborhood dive dispensary. Of course, the interior is gorgeous now, but it's very sterile. I live about a 5-min walk away but never go there because I miss the old High Level, I miss the budtenders who knew me, I miss Shark Shock the CBD strain I vaped every night for pain, I miss the deals they used to have. I've been in about a handful of times since the renovation and it's a very disappointing experience every time. Yes, you can find fine flower there, a fairly good array of edibles, and while I cannot speak on wax and resin because that's not my jam, they have them; but I can't even shop the med side there because they only have the scant things that appeal to me on rec. There are enough dispensaries in Denver for me to take my business elsewhere. Pretty disappointing, though. read more

Highly recommend!!! Me & my fiancé went here for our "vacay" to get some nice recreational weed & it was by far the best quality for quantity! read more

I would give this 4 stars but I got stuck with Kellie G. If yelp let me give zero I would have. Made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. The worst. My dead dog would have made a better employee. #RipJess read more

I would watch out for products purchased here especially cartridges. The oil is great but the cartridge is terrible and just falls apart. Leaks from the mouth and top just falls offer. Despite knowing this is an issue they keep selling the product. Not worth the over priced products here. read more

Greatest bud in town. No doubt great pricing!! Rez Dog sour diesel. Best indicas in town also!!

Amazing flower that can't be compared to others in the Colorado market. There runtz is by far the best version I have tried ever!

The guy who helped me wouldn't really help me out with what I was looking for and I ended up not quite getting the strain profile I wanted. Usually good product but bad service. read more

Staff was super helpful and friendly! I felt super sketchy as a tourist walking in, but was totally welcomed by the guy from Buffalo in a tie dye who took the time to explain everything. With just a few quick questions, I received perfect recommendations and was on my way without feeling like I was at a used car lot getting sold things I didn't need. Prices were totally reasonable, highly recommend this place! read more

Been going here for 3 years. All four locations. Stop going downtown when they stopped medical side. Then it got rough because they started focusing only on recreational side when it came to their cured and live resins. Literally they will have a gorilla glue on the medical side and have 20 options on the recreational side. Now they're only giving you 20% when you buy 8 grams instead of 30%. Way to lose your medical patients. Everyone I know is going to other places and I'm encouraging everyone to try someone else because it's obvious that high level health does not care about their medical patients read more

Y'all are my favorite dispensary, killer house strains, solid knowledgeable staff, and what I usually believe is a fairly priced product..... Unfortunately you've decided that to put a small cap on sales at a half oz.... I don't mind being limited to the quantity that I buy, but as someone who strictly buys oz's from y'all, I refuse to keep giving you my money at a higher price point. All stores can clearly see in my sales history (which I know you have) that I ONLY buy in oz quantities, and while your rewards program is nice, what would be truly compassionate, caring and hospitable would be to give your Oz buyers their normal price rather than penalizing them for your own short comings as a business as far as the product you have available to sell.... You should t be using this as an opportunity to gouge your faithful customers when you have every capability to go the extra mile. As a bartender I hate Yelp but feel that your company probably doesn't care about complaints through your own employees so maybe this will reach the appropriate powers at be..... read more

This place has the best flower in town. Their golden goat is reminiscent of how it used to be before everyone accidentally crossbred it with other strains. There's a reason they're the most awarded dispensary in town!!! read more

The bud tender who helped me was very informative and I easily trusted the prices and products. I'm looking forward to the next time I am in Denver and receiving quality customer service and more. read more

I visited five dispensaries in a recent trip to Denver, and this was definitely the most disappointing. The recreational strains they had were great, especially the Lemonhead, but their customer service was terrible. I walked in and nobody came to greet me in the (empty) waiting room for what felt like a while. They let me in, and there were seven or eight employees and other people standing around in the middle of the main room next to the display cases, which made it difficult to see what they had for sale because nobody wanted to move out of the way. I asked them politely if I could get through to see what they had and several people gave me really annoyed looks before moving a few inches away. There were no other customers besides me. I stood at the recreational display case for several minutes, looking around expectantly and trying to make eye contact with an employee, and nobody came to to help me until finally a younger employee went behind the counter and quickly measured out what I wanted, took my money, and then immediately rejoined the group of employees talking about their own personal grow houses. Nobody ever even bothered to say hello to me, or say thank you for the two eighths purchase I made. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time, and frankly, like I was bothering them by even being there. Their strains were good, but I'm never coming back to this dispensary just because they were so incredibly rude to me (in the afternoon on a weekday!), while all of the other nearby dispensaries had strains that were just as good and treated me with courtesy and respect. Honestly I'd rather buy from a street dealer because at least they would look me in the eye. read more

This medical dispensary is my favorite in Denver. I go to the one on Colfax. I know every place says this- but they really have the best Quality & prices. The grower is a weed scientist.. anyways lots of hybrids, indica and sativa to choose from. Knowledgable, friendly staff. This place is just awesome. If you're having a specific issue like painful headaches they can recommend the best strains for you! The smell when you walk in is just amazing :) read more

Killer bud & great prices... What more could you want in a weed spot? Don't make the mistake of not checking out this spot.

I was in a really bad mood when I wrote my original review. Terrible day, and I was not aware this pot shop does last call 10 minutes before close...(aka: they close at 6:50, not 7:00). But the staff is always cool, the prices are decent, and the product is good. read more

I think the prices are good and the quality of their product is great; however, the worker with the man bun is rude but like most places it's just a lack of customer service and common courtesy on his part. It also would be awesome if the menu online was kept up to date and if they carried more variety of strains. What strains they do carry are really good quality though so definitely don't skip the usuals they have. read more

There is still yet no comparison to this dispensary ,I just love it here The bud tenders are very helpful& real welcoming , & never have been disappointed in the quality , if you want BEST quality flower this is the spot to check out ! read more

This place was great! Friendly staff, very well informed and helpful. The prices were below most other places we stopped in during our visit to Colorado. They also have 80 different strains, and lots of edibles. Definitely worth a visit. Especially if you are from out of town, they were very helpful in explaining all of the rules and regulations. read more

I went in to buy some goodies and left with more than I thought for a great price!! :) Thank You High Level Health for the wonderful experience. I will definitely come back. read more

Solid quality bud. Gotta love it. Prices are top shelf even on some strains that shouldn't be.

I have shopped here for many years and have had great bud. But recently they have started to have baby seeds in here bud. I got some electric lemon g, lemonhead and there reserve stock bio star. All had seeds hoping I would have better luck. I think I'm going to stay away from here and recommend you be careful here. There bud looks good but is full of seeds when broken open at home. There rosin for 45 out the door from 60 it used to be is there only good buy from them. read more

Best dispensary in town? Don't doubt it! Best buds? Least to say. Take your high to a higher level for the best experiences!

Call them right now, I guarantee they don't know their own stores deals. Talked to 3 different "assistants" who all had no idea they were having a special on shatter on Saturday. I mean really, how hard is it to pull out your smart phone(that your mom pays for) and look up the store that you WORK at and see that there are specials that people might be interested in. Is that too much to ask? Im no expert but dispensaries like this give all dispensaries a shitty rap, bad attitudes, uneducated budtenders and genuine snobby people. I can only guess their product follows suit as I will never come near this hole in the wall. Are you selling medicine to med patients or is this all just cash and burn? I know the answer to that question but this store does a terrible job of concealing their corrupt intentions. Their are plenty of dispensaries, choose a better one than this. read more

This Dispensary is great workers very friendly and great place come get a joint or flower.

Nice store, the folks behind the counter are a little belittling, if you aren't a"local" and need a little extra help understanding the rules. Ricky Mountain High http://rockymountainhigh.co/ was the best of all the shops I went to. They were helpful, great prices, nice people!! read more

I've been shopping at this place for several years now was very happy with prices and quality. I was more than happy to tip every time. The other day I was in there and and was two dollars short and was told if I was only one dollar short they would more then happy to help me but two dollars was way too much. I was not expecting anything for free but after two years of being loyal to them I was hoping for a bit of loyalty to me. I just really felt that they could have cared less that I was a loyal customer Oh well there are too many other options to go somewhere they could care less if you shop here or not. read more

Joints are full of stems. Weed is not great. Customer service is horrible and off-putting .

Love this place there silver grapes is one of my fav but all is bomb never disappointed very sticky buds hard to find in dry ass bud country. The day i went into the store I was a little skeptical. It was a small shop. I noticed a very friendly staff right away. The selection was small but I don't think there is a single strain in the case that is less than 4 stars out of 5. Some of the most amazing bud i have ever tried read more
