This location is very nice, aesthetically. The show room is very modern and new. It was easy to pick up my order. The front security was polite and respectful. They claim they have to run your card as an ATM transaction and they charge you $3.50 to do that with a minimum of $20 so if you buy a single preroll for $6 it ends up being $11.25. First time visiting and unfortunately had a bad experience with the security guard. I gave him my ID when I walked in and was told to go upstairs, but since I'd never been there before, I was confused about where online orders were located. After being redirected downstairs by the budtenders, I asked the security guard for help again, and he became very hostile and rude, saying, "Why didn't you say that you had an online order?" with a nasty attitude. I've never been to a dispensary in Colorado before, so they were really nice explaining everything because I wasn't familiar with any of the product. I would've given this experience at 5/5 however, there was an obnoxious woman who was purchasing that also worked there. A blond women with gages. I understand that she works there, but she was laughing extremely loud and saying that she's going to spend her money elsewhere, and yelling at the guy checking her out. The staff, selection, and prices are all great besides one individual who was a bit unpleasant to deal with but it was not that big of a deal. The reason for taking off three stars is because: 1. They don't take credit card unless the transaction is $100 or more (I've seen places put limitations like $10, but $100 is quite ridiculous in my opinion) 2. You can pay by debit card but they charge an additional $3 and, like most banks, my bank also charges me a $2.50 fee for a non-affiliated ATM charge. Paying an additional $5.50 for not paying with cash seemed a bit absurd to me. I understand that most/all dispensaries have the $2.50 non-affiliated ATM charge but the $3 on top of that was what got me. 3. You are required to take all your purchased merchandise in a green polyester bag. This is incredibly wasteful. read more

However today I was helped (stretch to even use that word) by someone named Ashely. I'm not sure if she had a ton of stuff going on or just a bad day, but it was the worst experience I've had at a dispo. After trying to contact customer service directly and getting a recording that their "voicemail box is full" I decided to leave my feedback here. I've been going to Green Solution for many years, since they first opened in Denver. I have since moved away but still loyally come to the Wewatta location anytime I'm in town. I came in a few weeks ago and brought a friend (I've referred so many people here!). When I checked out I was asked if I wanted to use my $20 birthday credit. It wasn't working when we tried to redeem it, so the clerk called the store manager who said, "don't give it to her. She hasn't been in in a while." Yeah ... because I moved. Yet I still make a point to give your location the business every time I'm in town. This is so disappointing! Your manager had an opportunity to do the right thing and simply approve the credit that was literally showing on my account. She chose not to. Green Solution can choose to honor my credit, or I'll gladly take my business (and all my referrals) elsewhere. Not the employees fault but if a store sells a faulty item and you have the original receipt and you just literally bought the faulty item that same day, and you proved to them it's faulty, shouldn't you be able to get a refund or atleast Instore credit? it was really an inconvenience to go all the way back to replace it, so I went to another store that was close by with a product that worked and satisfied me. Why would I go out of my way to go back and it's not even my fault and want a replacement product and have the odds of it breaking again? it's just common sense for a refund if I wasn't satisfied with the product sold from your store. The last three times I've been here have been a disappointment. day 1: I show up to buy weed and quick fix and wait in line for 30-45 minutes. There are a lot of tourists and it's their first time visiting a dispensary; They wanna check out every flavor of ediables, smells every single strands of flowers and get educated on all the the different tools they've never heard of. It takes longest because you need to wait on an available associate to assist you through the store. So I online ordered yesterday and I was the only customer there the whole time. The man at the front took about 15 minutes to check me out. He couldn't find my order, then the receipt to my order wouldn't scan so he kept trying for 5 minutes, then he took his sweet time learning how to use the system. Selection is not the best, and is prepackaged so the nugs are more shake than nug. Staff is slow to assist and always forget to give you back your full change. They are the only place I know that still uses exit bags, so expect to pay for that too. Overall, if you're in the neighborhood, it's convenient. You have to buy your bud in little individual plastic containers since that's how they "measure" it out, and then when you check out you are required to take home a bright green polyester drawstring bag (boujie, I know) that is not recyclable, as far as I know. These people talk too much and waste your time. Expect your visit to be 30 damn minutes. I had an online order so I should've been in and out and they wouldn't shut up. I get good customer service but I'm not new to the weed industry so you don't need to be excessive on the bullshitting. I totally don't mind people being friendly but I take a Lyft and my Lyft left me because these people spend 30 mins talking to customers about nothing. My transaction took 30 minutes and I only have 5 mins to make a stop with Lyft. We need to get better with online orders. These are the customers that know what they want, aren't from out of town, don't have a million questions about cannabis and don't have all day to be waiting behind the people that do. Online orders should be in and out and I spent forever here. This is the longest I spent at a dispensary and got charged by Lyft for the extra time you guys took to jack around and talk about nothing. I was turned away at the door because my drivers license was expired. I am from out of state and due to covid our governor extended the drivers license expiration date several months. It would be impossible to get my license renewed in my home state since the offices are closed and I'm not eligible to renew by mail. I will admit when this location first opened it was a little pricey so I only shopped here since it's the closest dispensary.
