This is an old building. Really funky. There's a small elevator, but there's also four flights of steps if you wish :-) The service was great very cheerful and helpful. The prices were about average for this area. Large selection. Good experience. read more

Stop by High Level and ask for Anthony and he will tell you which strains can facilitate time travel, astral projection, and help you communicate better with entities from parallel dimensions. I was terrified of elevators when I went in there but Anthony gave me the courage to let the elevator bring me down. read more

Walk in. You have to knock on the door. First flaw. No light to acknowledge that they heard you knocking. Second flaw. Employee opens the door after the third knock and shouts from inside "stop banging on the door. We are with a customer". As stated before, there is no indication anyone would know that. Get inside finally. Third flaw. Employee is unacceptably high. Too high to function, let alone assist in selling product. Fourth flaw. Product selection abysmal. Pricing is outrageous. Pretty much didn't want to buy anything from the entering experience, but was willing to overlook to see the product. One of the worst customer service experiences ever experienced. I recommend you stay away. read more

Updating after years in decline and finally accepting it. The flower is no longer big aromatic buds. I had a mimosa with seeds, 12% papaya punch that was bunk, and buds general quality seems down from two years ago. Terp profile on the tongue and the nose seems muted and not fully developed. Euphoric effects were mild if not barely present. Concentrates seem rushed. I taste the solvents more so than the terpenes. This last round of 8 gs was mostly sauce and didn't produce that well on my well established pens and erigs . Euphoric effects were mild if not barely present. Whoa, Deja Blue. I told everyone about HLH when they asked and didn't ask about bud. Now, it's time to shop around. read more

Alex M. is the best. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with picking out the right retail.

5 Stars for a dispensary that makes you feel totally comfortable and has options for any need! Ok, so right off the bat, I'll say that I am not a pot connoisseur. Having not smoked or partaken in over a decade, and coming from a state where weed is still illegal (come on, Florida...), I was a bit nervous. Yelp led me to the entrance to a building and I followed the signs for High Level Health. It led me to the elevators and right to the dispensary. Immediately, I felt at ease because it was well-lit, clean, and felt very approachable. Joe greeted us and took us into another room to go through our options after accessing our needs. He was so friendly and didn't make me feel like a total idiot when I let him know I was looking for something edible that was very mild, that wouldn't make me paranoid, but also wouldn't just put me to sleep. Joe hooked us up with several recommendations that included CBD with the THC in the gummies (one which he said his mom even takes because it's so mild). Overall, It was a very pleasant interaction and we left really wishing our state would legalize so things would be that easy back home. If it ever does become legal, I hope we'll get a spot like HLH there! read more

This place is amazing! Great deals and service! They have a good selection and can inform you of every product they carry! Jake and V helped me out and had amazing vibes. 10/10 recommend this place and can't wait to stop back in! read more

Went here with a friend. She enjoyed the one on one personal service. IDs were checked according to law. Nice prices on joints, gummies and other items. A variety of items to choose from and they have won awards due to potency and taste of items. Must have cash to purchase but they have atm onsite. Nice to try if you ever visit Denver. Enjoy! read more

Coming from Texas I love visiting states that legalize marijuana. Overall this place is OK though. The prices aren't expensive, you just don't get much variety/options. They have an ATM in the store to withdraw cash, as cash is the only form of payment. read more

$38 dollars for a gram of sugar shatter no med discount. Trash bud. Horribly overpriced. Do not shop here

We only stopped by here because a dude on the street said it was the best place in town. It was different than the other dispensary we visited - this one was upstairs (5 levels!) and had separate areas for recreational and medicinal use. It still had a barely-legal feel about it, with ID checks, waiting to be seen and lots of closed doors. This is an interesting business and I just don't know what to think of it. read more

Went in and purchased a 1/2oz as always. Came home and threw it on my scale and have been cut short in every 1/8. Great flower none the less. Not sure if this was a mistake and can be corrected but here's what they weighed out to. It's off my .10-.20g 3.41/ 3.44 -Mimosa 3.35/3.37 - Papaya Punch. I would hope they can make this right somehow. *Update* General Management reached out to correct this issue. The response was quick and understandable to a simple mistake. This place grows great flower and it's always clean and welcoming. read more

Super fun and chill experience and friendly staff! I knew exactly what I wanted and they delivered for way cheaper than I get it back home. Definitely recommend! read more

Came here on Wednesday morning, just after 830am, Zach was who assisted. Took the elevator up but the stairs down, both ways sucked ha ha ha, but the good news is that the store rocks. Bought several items, edibles and prerolls, and Zach was a pro throughout. Very friendly and patient, answered questions without attitude, whole process was smooth as silk...Can't speak to prices other than I didn't feel taken advantage of and am very happy with my purchases. Definitely worth the ridiculous journey ha ha ha... read more

Please watch out and read the small print with these people or you will over pay! Came in for the 8.88 eighth, after calling to confirm the deal from Weedmaps. Bailey the cashier told me that nothing was on sale until I told her I was the guy who just called! She then apologized for lying and laughed about it. Then told me all eighths were on sale for 8.88. After making my selection I was alarmed when she told me the price but wasn't able to stop her before she completed the purchase. I told her I was charged too Much and she began to shrug her shoulders and tell me it's illegal to refund the money after spending over $50 for some dry bud, thinking I would be spending $20. Please watch out and read the small print with these people or you will over pay! read more

This is a great dispensary, I have been going for years as a medical customer. Their prices are amazing for the high quality that you get, as well they have very helpful staff. read more

EXCELLENT service, beautiful selection, wonderful budtender and just a cool pot shop all around.

Brandon, the store manager, was an absolute pleasure to have as a bud tender! He was very friendly and genuinely cared about what we were looking for. I bought a disposable pens the night before and it did not fire after a few takes. I called the store and they were happy to help!! When I got to the store Brandon came and introduced himself. He listen to what I was concerned about and offered us an even better pen! It met all our needs and was a very pleasurable high. I would love return to this store everyday. Great staff, even better store manager. Highly recommend! read more

Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff! It was my first time in Denver so you know I had to check them out (hint hint)! The guy helping us (sorry I forgot his name) took the time to answer every single one of our questions no matter how silly they were! Definitely will be returning here next time I'm in town! read more

Just started coming here but definitely one of my favorite dispensary's. James is super friendly and a major help.

Hi! So I saw this place on Google Maps and decided to walk to it since it was close to my hotel and immediately when I was greeted it was in a rude manner by some lady. She was not helpful at all and when I finally made a purchase she told me cash only which would've been helpful in the beginning and the entire time I just felt unwelcome. read more

On a recent trip to Denver I was looking for a product called Foria Pleasure. It is a sexual enhancement product for females and it does not disappoint! I came to High Level Health to purchase the product. When my husband and I entered the dispensary (it's located on the fifth floor) we were warmly greeted by Sonya and Troy. They were very informative and kind. My husband and I are not the most experienced consumers so going to any dispensary makes us a little nervous. Based on my past experiences I was under the impression that hybrid strains are the best for "connecting with your partner". They recommended that we try an Endica strain and it blew us away. I'm so happy that we found High Level Health; it will be our go to dispensary on future trips to Denver. Thanks for the help ;) read more

Very rude and unhelpful staff. I've had multiple products mislabeled from them with no ownership.

My first visit to a dispensary ever, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They made my buying experience seamless. HIGHly recommend. read more

This was a pretty rad place, it was almost like being in a ghostbusters movie in the beginning due to its cool entrance, staff was super chill and friendly and great advice!! Y'all are my favorite dispensary, killer house strains, solid knowledgeable staff, and what I usually believe is a fairly priced product..... Unfortunately you've decided that to put a small cap on sales at a half oz.... I don't mind being limited to the quantity that I buy, but as someone who strictly buys oz's from y'all, I refuse to keep giving you my money at a higher price point. All stores can clearly see in my sales history (which I know you have) that I ONLY buy in oz quantities, and while your rewards program is nice, what would be truly compassionate, caring and hospitable would be to give your Oz buyers their normal price rather than penalizing them for your own short comings as a business as far as the product you have available to sell.... You should t be using this as an opportunity to gouge your faithful customers when you have every capability to go the extra mile. As a bartender I hate Yelp but feel that your company probably doesn't care about complaints through your own employees so maybe this will reach the appropriate powers at be..... read more

Upon my visit to Denver with my girlfriends we stopped in to get some "vibes" to enjoy the rest of our day. The service was great. James was awesome and very insightful on our needs.
