Walk in. You have to knock on the door. First flaw. No light to acknowledge that they heard you knocking. Second flaw. Employee opens the door after the third knock and shouts from inside "stop banging on the door. We are with a customer". As stated before, there is no indication anyone would know that. Get inside finally. Third flaw. Employee is unacceptably high. Too high to function, let alone assist in selling product. Fourth flaw. Product selection abysmal. Pricing is outrageous. Pretty much didn't want to buy anything from the entering experience, but was willing to overlook to see the product. One of the worst customer service experiences ever experienced. I had a mimosa with seeds, 12% papaya punch that was bunk, and buds general quality seems down from two years ago. Terp profile on the tongue and the nose seems muted and not fully developed. Euphoric effects were mild if not barely present. Concentrates seem rushed. I taste the solvents more so than the terpenes. 5 Stars for a dispensary that makes you feel totally comfortable and has options for any need! Ok, so right off the bat, I'll say that I am not a pot connoisseur. Having not smoked or partaken in over a decade, and coming from a state where weed is still illegal (come on, Florida...), I was a bit nervous. Yelp led me to the entrance to a building and I followed the signs for High Level Health. It led me to the elevators and right to the dispensary. Immediately, I felt at ease because it was well-lit, clean, and felt very approachable. Joe greeted us and took us into another room to go through our options after accessing our needs. He was so friendly and didn't make me feel like a total idiot when I let him know I was looking for something edible that was very mild, that wouldn't make me paranoid, but also wouldn't just put me to sleep. Joe hooked us up with several recommendations that included CBD with the THC in the gummies (one which he said his mom even takes because it's so mild). Overall, It was a very pleasant interaction and we left really wishing our state would legalize so things would be that easy back home. If it ever does become legal, I hope we'll get a spot like HLH there! read more

Coming from Texas I love visiting states that legalize marijuana. Overall this place is OK though. The prices aren't expensive, you just don't get much variety/options. They have an ATM in the store to withdraw cash, as cash is the only form of payment. read more

It was different than the other dispensary we visited - this one was upstairs (5 levels!) and had separate areas for recreational and medicinal use. It still had a barely-legal feel about it, with ID checks, waiting to be seen and lots of closed doors. This is an interesting business and I just don't know what to think of it. read more

Bailey the cashier told me that nothing was on sale until I told her I was the guy who just called! She then apologized for lying and laughed about it. Then told me all eighths were on sale for 8.88. After making my selection I was alarmed when she told me the price but wasn't able to stop her before she completed the purchase. I told her I was charged too Much and she began to shrug her shoulders and tell me it's illegal to refund the money after spending over $50 for some dry bud, thinking I would be spending $20. On a recent trip to Denver I was looking for a product called Foria Pleasure. It is a sexual enhancement product for females and it does not disappoint! I came to High Level Health to purchase the product. When my husband and I entered the dispensary (it's located on the fifth floor) we were warmly greeted by Sonya and Troy. They were very informative and kind. My husband and I are not the most experienced consumers so going to any dispensary makes us a little nervous. Based on my past experiences I was under the impression that hybrid strains are the best for "connecting with your partner". They recommended that we try an Endica strain and it blew us away. Unfortunately you've decided that to put a small cap on sales at a half oz.... I don't mind being limited to the quantity that I buy, but as someone who strictly buys oz's from y'all, I refuse to keep giving you my money at a higher price point. All stores can clearly see in my sales history (which I know you have) that I ONLY buy in oz quantities, and while your rewards program is nice, what would be truly compassionate, caring and hospitable would be to give your Oz buyers their normal price rather than penalizing them for your own short comings as a business as far as the product you have available to sell.... You should t be using this as an opportunity to gouge your faithful customers when you have every capability to go the extra mile.
