Came back to this place cuz we had such a great experience with the first time in October 2017. Had to wait like 10 mins cuz there were a lot of people in the back. They also were doing construction in the lobby. Lookin like remodeling. Finally get to go to the back and whoa. What a difference from the first time. It's totally smaller like i want to say a quarter smaller than the first time we came. I get it, maybe they wanted to make it nicer, but i thought it was really nice the first time. They no longer had their middle section where you can buy cards, socks, etc. All in all i can't complain. This was the only marijuana shop we came to for both visits to Colorado. The parking is fine, unless it gets way to crowded. As for the weed it's self, I'm going to compare it to California...defiantly not the same at all! Super dry...no wonder they don't sell grinders cuz all u have to use is your fingers and it comes out like how it would from a grinder anyways. I can't knock it when i go on vacation away from Cali and purchase marijuana legally! Customer services was good both times. We purchased a lot and it was under the budget i thought we were going to spend. When we come back to visit again i will def come back again to check out all the renovations they've done. I went here for my first time because of the convenient location and the good reviews. Tried to buy…read moresome Sour D because it's my favorite strain and they had a big jar of it on display. It looked and smelled *delicious*. They didn't have any already weighed out and when the nice lady helping me asked the owner about it, he came in and told me they'd have more tomorrow. I said "you have some right there and a scale on the counter." He explained that it was just for display. When I asked why he wouldn't sell me any, he said "I've already told a bunch of people that those are only for display, if I sell to you, I'd have to sell to everyone." I tried to explain why that wasn't actually true and he made it abundantly clear he didn't want to talk to me about it by starting a conversation with the next guest. I told him that he wasn't making me want to come back to his business and he literally said "good, don't come back." Excellent bud, friendly employees, and the worst owner I've ever met. I'll be surprised if this place stays in business with his lack of business skills. Reply to business response: I'm not debating why you have the policy in place. You don't have the policy posted anywhere in your store or on your website. No one told me the policy until I was attempting to buy your product. None of that matters when you look at how the situation was handled by the owner. Telling a customer to leave and not come back for attempting to have a conversation about why you won't sell them product is an excellent way to run yourself out of business. What you *could* have done is explain the policy, apologize for the inconvenience and offer *something* to attempt to keep my business. It could have been a free edible or a discount or literally *anything* to try and make my experience less shitty. You could also have explained the policy clearly, made a fucking exception ONCE, and sold me what I came to buy, making it clear that in the future I would not be allowed to buy the display bud. But instead of any of those reasonable, logical things a business owner could do in that situation, you chose to tell me to leave and never come back. Essentially a big "fuck you for trying to buy bud at our bud store." You literally picked the *one* option that would ensure that I would have a shitty experience at your store out of all the possible options. That's terrible business practice and exactly why you deserve this shitty review. Go take a business 101 class and learn how to handle minor issues instead of turning them into major issues so that you can retain customers instead of pissing them off.
