Throughout this process, their business practices felt deceptive and predatory. Billing was unclear and appeared inflated, explanations kept changing, and there was a complete lack of transparency. Instead of clear answers, I was met with deflection and pressure. What pushed this experience over the line was the constant phone calls and harassment. Rather than professional communication, I received repeated calls that felt intimidating and inappropriate. It became necessary to protect myself by documenting everything. If you deal with this shop, record every phone call and save all emails and messages. Do not rely on verbal conversations alone. Get everything in writing and review every charge carefully. Concerns were not addressed respectfully or professionally -- they were dismissed. This caused unnecessary stress not only for me, but also for others involved in the process. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop to think twice. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with an auto repair business, and I would never return.

I took it to his shop instead of him doing a mobile detail. When I met Ruben and he saw the motorhome he gave us a couple options. He recommended the paint correction which included: a) Oxidation removal b) Paint correction (wet sand and polish) c) Remove oxidation and add clarity and gloss to the surface of the paint. Ruben keep the motorhome for 2 days and when we picked it up the motorhome looked better than new. I have never seen such such a gloss. But the last time I was there - they went above and beyond with it!! I went in for my regular oil change, and the previous visit I was told I should consider changing my filters (cabin, etc.). So I informed them during this visit that I was ready to have them changed. But when my car was ready for pickup, they informed me that in a matter of fact.. I didn't need them right now.. AND THEY DIDN'T DO THEM AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME. I feel like another shop would just do it and take your money! Not these guys!! That is PURE genuine service to me!!
