Then the 2 technicians, Zach and Linton, who came on time then went to work on solving my issue. They explained everything they were doing as they proceeded to solve my issue. They charged a reasonable fee for their service. I was totally satisfied and impressed. They all represent old fashion local customer service and professionalism that is very uncommon today. In a last ditch effort to see if it had the capacity for life we called around to see if anyone could tell us what went wrong. R & G were the only company willing to come out, and they were incredibly professional and responsive! They returned my initial call within half an hour and explained that they could schedule a tech to come out and try to figure out the problem within a week. The following Tuesday, Brett came out and thoroughly cleaned and evaluated the stove. He fixed several small issues and gave us a detailed explanation of how to use and maintain the stove. Against all odds R & G brought my stove back to life and helped teach us how to continue enjoying safe and cozy fires to warm our home.
