Karim did an amazing job setting up our system. He optimized all of our speakers based on how we listen to everything from movies to music both inside the house and outside on our patio. And he neatly tucked cords into a tubing so they're organized and clean. We were so happy with the work he was doing inside, we asked him about helping us change out our patio TV and he gave us a great price and completed both jobs during his visit. Now we have one remote that replaced 6! He programmed the remote so all we have to do is enjoy it. It's AMAZING We really love working with people of integrity that know their business and offer fair prices. I look forward to referring Karim to friends, family and my clients. Skip the headache of having people come out for multiple quotes...just call Karim! #happyclients! read more

Upon moving into our new dream home, Kareem and his team helped us to mount two televisions and sound sound (via Sonos) for our main living room. They were great! Friendly, efficient, honest, thorough people. They went the extra mile to get things perfect for us, including a switch out mid-way due to our last minute color preference change on a Sonos bar. We really liked them and would recommend them! read more

We interviewed several companies for our TV installation and wi-fi enhancement job at a large church. The property was built a while back and figuring out how to get wifi working in all the buildings has been a challenge for years. We are very happy we found Karim and his partners at High Def. They were so easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable, managing to figure out a complex issue at a rate that worked within our budget. Karim explained to our board how things worked with the TV and how to set computers for web meetings in a way that was understood by all. Very personable and a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for help in this capacity, or with security cameras, look no further. This is the place to go. We are so grateful we found them and look forward to having them back to work on other projects. read more

Reached out to Hi Def Solutions for assistance in replacing a blown out AV receiver. Karim answered the call and, as luck would have it, he was in my area and offered to stop by in between jobs. Karim (and Tony) showed up 5-10 minutes after we ended the call. Karim did an awesome job not only in replacing the blown receiver, but also in testing to make sure the new AV system worked properly and flawlessly with our existing surround sound system. They even took the time to disconnect/remove any unused or unnecessary cables. And finally , they were kind enough to secure our tv to the stand as an earthquake safety precaution. Extremely pleased, satisfied, and would highly recommend Karim and Hi Def Solutions. read more

We are so happy we called High Def Solutions to upgrade our access points and clean up some unsightly internet cables! Karim came by to check out the job and provided me with 3 options. A week later, he was back to complete the work with speed and professionalism. A small thing that speaks to Karim's character--he was careful to leave a bird's nest untouched that was built where he was working. I didn't not even point it out to him. He is just a caring person. I am so happy to have found this company because I am SURE I will have them back when we are ready to upgrade our entertainment system. Thanks Hi Def Solutions! read more

Karim possesses both technical expertise and an eye for aesthetics. He assessed all aspects of our particular installation situation, explained alternative approaches and discussed decision options with us up front. He and his associate were extremely polite, patient, and protective of our furnishings. Our installation posed several challenges, and Karim was more than up to the task. Thanks for your excellent work! read more

This review is long overdue and definitely deserved. Karim is probably the most professional installer I've come across. He's an all around nice guy, plans his work, is very detail oriented in how he does the job, and can improvise around situations like MacGyver. My experience is not unlike many others that I've read that posted a review already. He came out a previous day ahead of time to check out all the locations of the TVs and made suggestions of where they should go, what angles they would be viewed out, and to decide if we need tilt or flat mounts. The mounts included were top of the line. Nothing cheap or flimsy. We got the "no wires visible" package and it looks like house was built with wiring in the wall. Really cool, high end, and professional looking. I had a cheaper older mount from a previously installed TV that I need put up. The holes were all in the wrong place. No problem. Instead of telling me I needed a new mount, he drilled out the holes in the correct spots in a few minutes and got some of his own bolts to use with it. Saved a little money there getting another mount. The TVs were carefully handled. They are all perfectly straight and centered. All power and HDMI cables were neatly tied and tucked behind the TVs. The sound bars we got were also nicely installed (one attached to the wall and one attached under a TV). The one to the wall also had no wires visible and looks like it's floating in the air. This type of work is clearly technical, but also there's some artistry to it and Karim has a wonderful combination of both. I know no one could have done this any better than him. You can't go wrong with Karim and High Def Solutions. His reputation speaks for itself. As long as High Def Solutions exists, he's our "go to" guy. read more

Reliable, professional, and always the best outcome! So appreciate the availability and always on top of what's new.

Karim & Tony are fantastic! I had them mount 3 tv's, a soundbar and a full 5.2 home theater system. Their attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. Actually found this guy on Yelp! Was Amazed he actually had a 5 and wanted to give him a try after reading all his reviews. We just opened ANYTIME FITNESS a year ago so we have have our fare share of installers, we would never know what we would get after we agreed for them to to the install. Every installer we've used in the past has changed their personality after they start the job. I personally don't know all that much about tech stuff, that's why I call them. They always had hidden cost, delays, bad scheduling. From the very first call till the job was done High Def Solutions has blown away all our expectations! We love the options and equipment they installed! We are so glad we have found him! No matter what size job, I'm sure he'll always give you the same exceptional level of service. read more

I called Karim on a weekday b/c I needed a flatscreen hung and a sound bar hooked up. I was expecting to see him in 1-2 days but since I was on his way home, the job was finished about 2 hours after I talked to him. Great job and efficient, quick work. Highly recommend. read more

Found Karim on yelp and am happy to have found him. Excellent communication from start to finish. Very reasonable pricing. And very honest and careful work. We had him hang an 85" TV on the wall with our own TV and mount. You can have your own stuff or you can buy directly from him. Was very careful in measuring and unboxing the equipment and is very careful in making sure not to leave any type of mess from his shoes or tools. He cleans up after his work and takes care in his craft. He is very polite and more than willing to offer advice if you ask. Will for sure call him again when I need more work done on the home. Everyone needs a great AV guy and Karim is your man. read more

We just used Karim for our second time. We moved into our new home and needed multiple tv's mounted, as well as wiring that needed to be completed in order to utilize the speakers mounted in the ceiling. After he did a great job of installing at our last home, it was a no-brainer that we called him again for this new project. Karim showed up and was able to mount all of the tv's beautifully - I can't believe how clean and neat he made them look. Also, his knowledge of speaker systems enabled us to create a wonderful living space with crisp, loud audio and we've had a hard time going out and being social since our television watching just got way better. :) He went above and beyond and exceeded expectations once again. I can't recommend him enough for your audio/visual needs. read more

3 years ago I had another company install a whole house stereo system. About the only thing they did right was install and wire the speakers. The cabinet where is was all hooked up was a wire mess. The equipment is hidden in a cabinet, but you could not close the doors. Kamir came out, looked at what we had and made recommendations based on what we wanted! Gave additional ideas and then made cost saving recommendations. Broke his bid down by item, which allowed me to look around and verify cost. He is very neat, placing moving pads on the floor where he worked. I can finally close the cabinet doors, no need to leave open to work the TV or the sound system. So amazing! I almost never write reviews, I read Yelp a lot, so for me to take the time to write a review says something. Thank you Kamir. read more

Karim is a quality guy who does quality work. He is optimistic and creative. I really think what he does is more art than anything else. He really takes the time to do things right. This is his craft. He worked on a speaker system in my house that I was told by several other people would be hopeless to upgrade. Now I can control the audio in the whole house from my phone. He made it look easy. He also got the tech in my home office fully going in a neat and clean manner, including an internet solution that left no dead spots in the house, which was a major problem before. We are now working on a home theater system together. I look forward to it finishing up and watching my movies at home. read more
