Pay to get a pre-purchase inspection if you're buying a used car. I did, and it uncovered some…read morerepairs that needed to be addressed, which has already left me without my new car during the first 7 days of ownership while it's in the shop. Unfortunately, I also haven't been able to find a rental car because everything nearby is sold out. The car-buying process itself was easy-peasy, and I do appreciate that the warranty appears to be covering the repairs. However, I would have loved to receive a vehicle that didn't immediately need repairs after purchase. Overall, my advice is: enjoy the easy buying process, but definitely have the car independently inspected as soon as you get it. The 7-day return window is there for a reason.

Good enough that I'd go with it for the convenience of it. Answered their questions, gave them the documents, scheduled an appointment for today, 5pm. Then, today, my wife had to go to the hospital (was sent there from her work). So I went to reschedule...any decent company would help here, right? NOT CARVANA. They cut the original offer by several hundred dollars and told me "take it or leave it." I tried reaching out to multiple representatives who all said the same thing. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Had service prior of tinting on my car and I was satisfied a year or so ago. I wanted to try again…read morebecause I bought a brand new car for my wife. I talked to the owner about getting a remote start and tinting which he was researching. They offered me a deal for $450 for the remote start and tinting on the new vehicle. Then I found out I needed a OEM part from the manufactorer which wasn't an issue. I will get VW to do it because this place refused to install it. Other places not named VW would install it though. No issues as I will pay retail at the dealership or get someone else to do it at a nominal fee. I then tried to contact them to at least to tint my wife's new car and they didn't respond. I mean just call, text or email and say we are busy or don't want to do your car but no response is just bad business. I guess it was either the bundle of remote start with their product and tint or nothing at all. Guys if you want to cherry pick your business than that is fine but as a customer we can help provide proper feedback about our experience with this company or others. I usually don't post feedbacks often that are negative but I felt this one was merited because of the lack of communication. I simply asked for a car tint and they already gave me a price to get it done. I only needed appointment to bring it in which they never gave me after a few days and multiple contacts. I will find someone that will want my business. I hope this is only a small blimp on their record and that this is an isolated incident; however, if that isn't the case it will be seen here by other potential customers as the issues will spread.

I contacted Chris and I shared my situation with him. Professional ... courteous ... reliable ... Just three words to describe Chris and the level of service he provided. From our initial conversation, it was clear that Chris's mission statement to advocate for his clients truly was his mission. He immediately gathered the data he needed from me and he was off. Less than 48 hours later I purchased the car I was considering. Chris saved me time and money. I didn't have to fly to see the vehicle because Chris drove 1.5 hours to look at the car, test drive it, inspect it and give me his opinion. He assisted in helping me secure the financing and even caught an extra charge that did not to be included in the contract. I highly recommend Chris and his company. This experience was truly wonderful.
