Each time I have been there they have either shuttled me to and from work or when they have had my car overnight they have provided a loaner car. The sales advisor Hillary is really nice and truly listens to all of your concerns. She explains everything that is happening with your vehicle and keeps you informed throughout the day. Caleb was the technician who worked on my car. He is outstanding. We were having trouble figuring out a noise in the rear wheels of my car but he kept at it. I even went on a ride with him so we can listen to the car together. Caleb really took the time to answer my questions and did not dismiss my ideas. In the end I had to have my rear brake pads changed even though they werent that old. Parks only charged me for the parts since I had them done in New York not long ago. I will definitely be bringing my car to Parks for my Chevy needs as long as I live in the area.

I would not recommend dealing with this seller. This "dealer" has no integrity. He reported that…read morethe vehicle I was prepared to purchase had been in no accidents, which I later learned to be untrue. He agreed to a purchase price and was told a check had been written by a lender for the purchase, his wife and selling partner told me to go ahead and put the vehicle on my insurance "to quicken the process when I came to get the vehicle", and set an appointment for the pick up of the vehicle the following day. He then called me while I was on the way to the appointment and told me the vehicle had been "accidentally" sold to another person. Who does that? Zero integrity, poor business practices and a liar.
