Every time I go in the staff is helpful and knowledgeable about cars, they noticed my tires were low when I didn't and showed me how to check them and how to fill them in the future. They double charged me, once for the amount I asked for and once for the amount they over pumped. I told them and they said they'd call me back but never did. I'm going to have to dispute the charge. I believe the over charge was intentional. Do not go here. read more

I filled up here for the first time a few months ago and asked about the free car wash. The attendant vaguely pointed where to go, and told me the voice recording on the box where you enter the code was broken so just enter the code and pull forward. I did this, cautiously as I had never used this wash before, it looked very old and battered and there were no lights on inside so hard to tell where I was to stop. There was a sign saying pull forward until red light turned on. Well it never turned on, the wash started and the machinery tore up the back of my van and got stuck bashing in to the back. It wouldn't turn off, I had to keep honking until the attendant came and turned it off and with brute force pulled it off of my van. Blue pieces of their scrubber were all over the back of the van, large scratches from the back window to the bumper. The guy was very rude and said it was my fault for driving too fast into the wash. I said I would take them to court for the damages and he said "go ahead... happens all the time and nobody ever wins". WTH?! Happens all the time?! I drove extra cautiously actually because I had never used it before and it looked sketchy at best. Should have known not to use it by how trashed it was. I was planning on taking them to court for the damages but lucky them I was rear ended a couple weeks later so the damage was fixed with that repair. I spoke to the owner the next day over the phone and he was just as rude and nasty as the attendant was to me. Practically daring me to sue him. WORST experience in my life with a gas station. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. read more

I went to get my free car wash for filling up my tank. Their machine prompted me to put my truck in park when the light turned red. I did and the machine started washing my vehicle. The machine shut off after it dented and scratched the hood of my truck. I spoke with the portly attendant and he insulted me saying it was my fault. And that they are not responsible for any damages. I should have known from a prior incident where my girlfriend went for an oil change and when we drove away the plastic engine protector was left unattached and scraping the road as we drove away. read more

Update on over pump: Bank dispute finalized and money was refunded back to account. Higgins is now liable to pay back the bank plus fees. People always dispute if more gas was pumped than you requested. Don't let them fool you by stating that they have to siphon the gas back out. Justin (Owners Son) I suggest you hire people that can pay more attention to what the consumer is asking for in $ amount. Quote by you, "If I were to give back everybody's $ that was over pumped I would go out of business". HMMM!. What does your own words tell you??? Also what does that say about the people you are hiring? You will go out of business just by scamming people, at least that is the way a consumer looks at it, not to mention you insinuated that we were the scammers. My daughter stopped by to fuel up today around 11:30am. While she was there a very nice male attendant (sad that she didn't get the name) washed her windows and asked if he could check her oil. After checking it and determining that it was very low and the consistency of sludge, he took the time to explain to her why this was concerning. I just want to say how thankful I am for you! Your explanation helped her make the decision to delay her drive over the pass by an hour and get her oil changed. When she arrived in Central Oregon a few minutes ago she told me all about your excellent customer service. She also mentioned how she really liked the analogy you used to explain why she needed to get her oil changed. Thank you so much! This type of full service is almost impossible to find these days. My family use to come here to support small business but i will no longer do so. about a year ago, trying to redeem our "free car wash" given as a incentive to fill your tank (only valid 2 weeks) we found out the car wash broke down. At the time we were told "they have no clue when it will be fixed." for the first FEW MONTHS, every time we drove by, we would look at see if the car wash was still open with no luck. months passed and we stopped driving by the gas station regularly. earlier this week i noticed the car wash was working, so the next time i drove by i pulled in to get the car wash we had been waiting months to receive from the prior offer they were unable to fulfill. i pulled in on mothers day, and after seeing the fine print on the faded receipt that said valid 14 days, i went to speak with someone who worked at the gas station. some kids were working that i had never seen before and i was told "this is from over a year ago" and "I've been working here the whole time" and they refused to let me get a car wash unless i paid them 5 more dollars. I said "the owners would honor this" at which point they responded snarky "then call the owner" i told them they were losing business doing this, and drove away frustrated. when i got home i called back trying to speak with the owners and got the same kids that refused to help me and they wished to rehash the same conversation rather then let me communicate with the owners. although they did have more to say then they did in person. they now said "everyone was told when they could redeem their car washes" and "had you been more respectful i would have honored the (incentive) car wash" said threatenly "dont call me a kid." At this point they have now effectively claimed my mother and i are both liars; based on the fact we were never told when we would be able to get the car washed. i hung up on them and went to talk to my mother who reaffirmed they were gaslighting us. on top of the fact they were contradicting what my mother says happened, they were also contraindicating what the owner said two months ago, quoting from feedback responses on this business location "The lengthy down time was due to the repair company in Washington was dealing with staff shortage due to covid, and were unable to make it down to eugene at the time. WE WERE UNABLE TO GIVE CLEAR ANSWER OF WHEN IT WOULD OPEN, because we kept getting uncertain answer from repair men." They had no clue when it would be repaired, therefore there's no way they could have told us something they admit to not knowing for 6+ months after the whole event took place. so now we know the employees were lying to our faces, via the owners own words... it would seem both employer and employee are lying to save face. And I can say that the gas prices are far from visible at best. no reason to listen to more lies from these liars, don't let them gaslight you. Its funny they expect us to let things slide due to covid, (car wash being broken for months) but when it comes to them honoring their debts in the same time period, all they have to offer is snarky indifference and judgement on how their customers present themselves. read more

I used to go out of my way to gas up here because I wanted to support a local non-chain station and the car wash was a bonus. A couple years ago I waited almost 5 minutes for an attendant without anyone showing up. I finally caved and, the clearly brutish scofflaw I am, swipes my card and began fueling myself. 30 seconds in, the older gentleman matches over and yanked the nozzle our and told me to get out. I mentioned the just under 5 minutes I waited and he mocked me. I know, 5 minutes isn't a long time if you're waiting for a kidney but it felt like an eternity in the context of waiting there. Maybe I'm some kind of comic book villain for my transgression, but the experience turned me off to the station like nothing else. I shop elsewhere now but I wish these folks well. If I'm the only customer they lose for stuff like this, maybe they'll hold our against the chains longer but it won't be with the help of my business. read more

The guys here are super sweet! Maybe it's because we're in a 'small' town, but these guys always seem to go the extra step, whether it's cleaning your windows, offering to check your oil, and the free car wash with the purchase of a fill up is prettttty nice. I've gone through just for the car wash....many times. Conveniently located off of 18th, it's right smack dab in the middle of all the stores, the university and office spaces. It's also my fill up spot on my way out of town which is convenient. If you need caffeine there's a cute little coffee shack located in the same parking lot. Besides that, it's exactly what you think it is, a gas station! read more

This is the only full service station I have found in this area. The staff is great and they have a free car wash offer.

Do not take a chance on the carwash. No soap in the $5 wash, bristles are old and scratch the paint, and it tore the mirror of the driver's side of my car. When I drove around to show the attendant, he merely smirked and said, use it at your own risk. His attitude was more annoying than the destroyed mirror, micro scratches in the paint, and blue bristles caught in every nook and cranny. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs, because of wash, and snarky attitude. read more

This is one of the last non-chain gas stations around Eugene. Very friendly, clean, & professional gas attendants. Not your typical pimply faced teen or don't give a crap 20 yr old spilling gass allnover your car or acting put out because you ask to have your window cleaned. These guys are always happy to see you, offer to check your oil, & you get a free car wash with the full service gas fill-up of 8 gallons or more. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I don't give a lot of 5 star reviews, but this place is amazing. I needed gas and wasn't going to make it to my usual station, so I stopped by what looked like a s*** hole. The guys working were so nice. They filled my tank, checked my oil, and even cleaned out the bed of my truck for me so I could go through the car wash. I had dead leaves and dirt and 3 large broken sandbags, and Wade didn't even flinch. He grabbed a broom, jumped up in the back of the truck, and went above and beyond to clean it out and make my day. I definitely have a new favorite gas station. Looks can definitely be deceiving. read more

This Gas station has terrible customer service. Their car wash machine broke the side-view mirror off of my Toyota Tacoma Truck. They told me that there was nothing wrong with their machine and that damage to cars happens to certain models. They said there was nothing they could do about it and that they were not responsible. "Really, a Toyota Tacoma truck is such a rare car that gives their car wash machine issues.......??!!" They didn't even apologize. To top it all off, the car wasn't even clean after the car wash....what a deal.......free car wash with an 8 gallon or more fill up.....tack on the $150.00 for a new side view mirror.....What a joke and what a sorry excuse for a business. Beware of the car wash. The metal bar when you drive in can tear up your tires and rims. Asked them why they did not put a plastic guard on the bar "it would just wear off" with that statement I assume this is not an isolated incident. A $7 car wash will now cost me a fortune. read more

I'm glad someone mentioned the car wash before me. I had the same crap done to my new car. They claim no responsibility but like that other reviewer said they should put in a guard of some sort.
