There was a hiccup in my unit and diagnosis and I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for another shipment and repair. When plugging the radio into my car at home, my issues reoccurred, they took my radio right back in as well as my car, no questions asked, and solved the problem within a few hours. Again, no questions asked. Honored their warranty and everything. Some things I did want to mention, to replace two boards in my radio plus labor was roughly $1400. Basically the entire radio was fried and everything had to be replaced internally. This is radio only, as I brought my radio in stand alone without my car. And although I asked for detailed part numbers and names on my invoice of exactly what parts were being bought, I never received that in my invoice. I wish they were more transparent but I can't complain since everything was fixed and done properly.

Professional, thorough and priceless bed side manner…read more My Audi TT was due for a couple of serious jobs. Needed a timing belt change and to diagnose a hot coolant temperature problem. TTs have a notoriously tight engine compartment and very complicated electrical and cooling system so I was a little unsure about whether the work could be done at anywhere but Audi--without a bunch of trial and error on the part of the mechanic. Despite my nervousness Step Up nailed the work. Dave the owner was constantly available by phone and in person during the entire time the car was with step up. He broke down the issues I was having into the simplest of terms, and through thorough and well researched processes quickly found that I needed both a new fan and thermo switch to address the hot coolant temperature issue. Him and his team (Evan worked on mine, very skilled, patient and thorough technician) found the cheapest and easiest way to address the change. They even cleaned out my heater core to ensure that I faced no issue with high pressure in the cooling system in the future. The timing belt job was honestly the most impressive. Despite having never worked on a vehicle of my type (lots of VWs under their belt, very similar 1.8t engine style) Evan meticulously took apart my car with only the greatest of care. In addition to standard references, he utilized a host of online material and insider tips to make sure the job was done as to Audi spec as possible. They lined up all the timing markers and set torque perfectly. The car has never idled so smoothly. It is important to note that somethings that make an excellent mechanic are not intuitive. But step up met all those demands. The car was constantly covered with mats protecting the fenders and front grill area from dents scratches and nicks from the extensive work. All the plastic coverings and ground protection were put on perfectly. No rattle, no lost plastic pieces or shotty non oem connections. They also detailed the car before returning it. On top of that the owner Dave has some of the most reasonable bed side manner I've seen in a mechanic. He made sure to make clear that the work needed to be done, but that it also was not a big deal. Dave in no way tried to scare me into other unnecessary work, or in anyway kept information or ideas about the solutions to my cooling problem from me. He described his troubleshooting process in detail and gave status updates when appropriate. Being sick can suck, only gets worse when the doctor makes you feel more scared about the recovery than necessary! Generally very pleased with the work and the customer service. Well equipped shop, reasonable and accurate quotes, and knowledgable staff. Get a quote, if your near by it would be stupid not to.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Dealership…read more This place is absolutely terrible. I brought my vehicle in for a recall service, and they took far longer than they promised--multiple days beyond the agreed timeline. After picking up my car, I immediately noticed problems: the car felt off driving-wise and made strange, unfamiliar sounds. When I raised these concerns, they initially insisted the problem was somehow my fault. It later turned out they had installed another customer's rims on my vehicle! They're now demanding I return ASAP while claiming they "fixed" things that were never actually repaired. Beyond the service failures, the environment itself is unprofessional. Staff constantly badmouth customers and created an intimidating atmosphere They claim repairs are complete, but nothing gets fixed. Do your research and find a different dealer.

We had a lot of questions about the cars and the features of the differences between the different models and Brandon was very knowledgeable and very patient and helped us get a real clear picture of what we would be getting with each model. Brandon followed up with us over text and phone call. He wasn't intrusive but he wanted to make sure he was available for us in case you had any questions or follow-ups. We visited again to look at the cars one more time, and again, Brandon was very helpful and cheerful and made the car shopping experience the pleasant one for us. The dealership did not end up having the car that we wanted (QX 55) with the right features and colors so we did not end up buying directly from Brandon and even with that Brandon texted us saying that he was happy that we found a car somewhere else, and that his goal was to make sure we end up with the right car for us and that we were happy. That is not something you normally hear from someone who works in a dealership. Our review is several months overdue and we are not even sure as to the current status of the Infiniti dealership, but we really wish Brandon well. He was an outstanding salesman. The next time we are in the market for an Infiniti or another car that Brandon may be selling, we would be sure to go back to him first and see if he can find us the right car.
