Food is great, but our experiences with the staff has been inconsistent over the last several trips.

Service was top notch from the hosts, to our sever, to the GM we consistently saw around the restaurant. Food is AMAZING! Party of four and everything we ordered was so delicious. We will definitely be back! read more

Attended the soft opening of the new McKinney location. Food was HOT and fantastic as always. I highly recommend all Texans get a taste of this Oklahoma staple read more

Is great the service is slow and the attitude of the waiter is not great but the food is good

This place is soooooo goooood!!! Some of the best pizza I've ever had. The wings are also fantastic and I always have great service when I'm there. The prices are great as well! read more

Absolutely the best pizza in town... Maybe not quite as good as in Stillwater, but pretty close. ... Endless combination of toppings and sauces... Brings back great memories of OSU life. read more

Wow! The best pizza I have had in awhile. I got the hurricane with gluten free crust and it was amazing. Sean and Taylor were helpful and gave great service. Can't wait to come back and try it all! read more

The pizza was delicious! Our waiter was very helpful and gave us great service. The kids loved their pizza and the kids corn dog was enough for an adult! read more

Best pizza around! Very family friendly and great prices on appetizers, pizza and drinks.

We celebrated my husband's bday here today with a party of 25. The food was delicious but what made the visit even more amazing was our server Mia Cawanza. She took care of us with such an amazing attitude and didn't miss a beat. We never wanted for anything! I highly recommend this place and encourage you to ask for Mia! It was a great bday celebration thanks to her and Hideaway pizza!! read more

As always the food was great. Probably the best pizza I've had. Always seems to have a crowd, especially during happy hour.

Ordered the lasagna to go and should have tasted it before I drove off. I just expected it to be good because their pizza is so awesome. It was the worst lasagna I've ever eaten including store bought frozen. It looked and tasted like two layers of pasta with canned stewed tomatoes in between. Very little mozzarella and no ricotta. I threw it in the garbage. What a waste of money! I've referred a lot of people to this place, but no more. read more

Food and atmosphere were great! Schooner of beer is same size as the pint glass! Save your .50 cents and go with the pint glass.

What an absolutely fantastic pizza! It was our first trip, and it definitely will not be our last. We got the pepperoni and customized the Boz. We ordered to go, picked it up and beforebefore I even got home they had called us saying that they had made a mistake and if we would come back and pick it up, they have the correct pizza waiting for us. We came back they gave us the correct pizza and coupons!! Fantastic customer service. For them to realize before we could and notice was amazing. read more

My family and I went to Hideaway Pizza for lunch a couple of days ago. Service was spot on, restaurant was clean, and food was great! We ordered the 6 piece "Parmesan Garlic Wings," "Just-A-Beginner Salad," and the "Sicilian" on thin crust. The only complaint we had was the sauce being a little bit too much for our liking, but other than that, we will be returning soon for more! read more

Food was meh, kind of cold when it came out. Took 1 hour to get food and our pasta didn't even come and we left after an hour and a half and jus took it to go. The atmosphere was alright but it got a little boring after sitting waiting for food for an hour and a half. Probably not coming back any time soon read more

As a religious vegetarian, the fact that they have a full breakdown of common medical allergies is simply incredible!

Pizza is great, especially the Da Bomb pizza is amazing! We have only done takeout which is still good and the pizza is fresh. I like how every pizza is inspected by someone as well and makes their initials in the pizza box. Typically it takes them about 15 minutes to make the pizzas so not to bad. The inside of the store looks cool and has lots of TV's, but we haven't sat down physically in the store. Based on the pizza and service I've experienced, it's a great place and one of my favorite pizzas in North Texas. read more

Ordered a pizza without banana peppers. It came out with banana peppers but we didn't say anything. As we were checking out they brought us another pizza without banana peppers to take home. Wow - they did this on their own, without asking, to fix the mistake (which wasn't a big deal)! read more

Great food and great service! Finally found a new place that doesn't have terrible food and service. Beer is also ice cold!

The best pizza! I LOVED this place when I grew up in Oklahoma but once I moved to Texas, I had to eat it every time I went back home. Now that they've opened a location beside my house I'm extremely happy! Only thing better would be if they were on UberEats or DoorDash lol read more

This is a good pizza place. It has a similar vibe to a toned down Mellow Mushroom. Service takes its time so you're not getting in and out quickly which is the only negative I could say, but everything that you're getting is very good. Big fan of the combo appetizer with mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms and their cheesy garlic breads are huge read more

Please, please turn the lights down!! It's like eating in an operating room. This is not McDonalds.

If you have kids or a soccer team this place will work. Pizza was average place was very busy. Overall just okay.

Food was ok a bit overpriced....it took forever to get the personal pizzas I ordered I had a couple that came in after us ordered appetizers got there appetizers almost finished there appetizers and our pizzas came....they had ordered two personal pizzas too and got it shortly we did idk but the server tried to make up for it in different ways but still felt neglected don't know who's fault must've been the kitchen since the server....i might try it again but not going out of my way read more

Loved it!! Will be back very soon! Service and quality of food was amazing! Kids love it and it's so close to home !

Great pizza and service. I will definitely be back. Meal interrupted with fire alarm after a pipe burst, but the staff handled it perfectly.

Pizza was good. Breading on fried mushrooms was bland needs seasoning. Customer service was good.

Ordered the xtreme pizza (hand tossed crust) and fried mushrooms online for pickup. Order was ready when requested and the person at the counter was friendly. Mushrooms were just ok, good texture but just plain tasting. Pizza had good texture but this particular one was just way too salty due to the toppings. Would probably just do an ATW next time. Didn't see too much of the inside since I just did a pickup, but it seemed decent and this is a new location so all looked good. Will definitely try again in the future. Hard to find any good pizza in Texas and this place does show some promise! Looking forward to next time! read more

Great Pizza and homemade ranch. Great service. Cheesy garlic bread so yummy. Oh and they have the best mints when your bill comes too

I'm giving 2 start cause those wings were delicious my only complaint is the aftermath we were taking out pizza to go the sever named Zac fist of all made us feel uncomfortable when he called my sister sir I don't even want to get into that whole topic when she was clearly a girl but than we found Mike in the Parmesan cheese bottle and the server was just like I'm sorry "I don't know what to do omg" very unprofessional at that point just apologize go get your manager and let them handle this I mean i know it's not his fault i just told him just tell your manager and like manager never came we literally had eaten this cheese already it made me want to throw up just thinking about the mold that came out of that jar he said he didn't know how this happened if they clean them every day well i think someone is not doing there job there or lying the manager didn't even come talk to us or apologize I honestly was disappointed in the way they handled this if I wouldn't have opened that jar probably no one would've noticed and people can literally get sick from this the only reason it got 2 stars is cause the wings and the pizza were really good I'm just disappointed how this was handled. read more

The food is great!!!! The service is amazing and I plan on going back a lot. We get pizza every time OSU plays football.

Great pizza and toasted ravioli. New restaurant and the service is second to none. Definitely would highly recommend.

Excellent pizza! Strongly recommend this place for either sit down or take out. The staff I interacted with were terrific!

Great service, great pizza and even though the parking lot was packed, we got right in. This is their largest location. Try the fried pickles. They're amazing! Also love that we got to keep our cups. Welcome to Texas, Hideaway Pizza. We're so glad you're here. read more

It's some of the best pizza I've had in Norman, OK - can't wait to visit the Frisco, TX location!

Terrific pizza and service! This is a good-welcome to Plano! The only thing that would make it a favorite is if the turned down the lights! Take a page from Kenny's East Coast Pizza and bring down the lights to a cozier, more welcoming level! read more

Where to being we visited 12/30/23...we got there at 539pm the waiter took 19mins to even come make contact. He made up for the wait. We ordered a few mins before 630pm kids drinks , the 50/50, garlic knots, cheese pizza, bbq wings, two turkey sandwiches (w/ 8 pickle spears) and a pesto pasta along with 4 alcohol drinks. Appetizers were okay nothing special. The adults drinks were good 2 pink drinks, strawberry lemon drop, patronrita. The pizza was meh. Pesto pasta was okay. Wings were under cooked. Turkey sandwiches in all were horrible. They brought one sandwich out at 715 stated it was made wrong and that both sandwiches were getting replaced and should take no more than 7 minutes. Well 7 minutes took 30 minutes for one sandwich. 10 minutes later Manger comes to try to make up by giving $35 in hideaway bucks(expired 12/31/23) , still no second sandwich. Then she leave to check on sandwich comes back another 10 minutes no 2nd sandwich at this point she stated she took care of the food items. She leaves then comes back with wings, still no 2nd sandwich. So another 10 minutes go by finally a 2nd sandwich that was horrible and chips were trash. We get the check and look over the check and what do we see, a charge for pickles worth $8!!! So they charge $1 per pickle spear. Not even a whole pickle! Gave hideaway bucks to another family nearby. Watched the cowboys game since we were there so long so the atmosphere was cool. Crazy ending right ! read more

I ordered for pickup. When I arrived they informed me that they gave my pizza to someone else. The manager admitted it, gave me gift certificates to make up for it and still had my pizza made. Mistakes happen, but it's rare that it's handled so honestly and nicely. I'd be back just be you that alone. I had The Boz pizza and it was glorious! I'm from Oklahoma and know how Hideaway should taste and they did not let me down. It's the best pizza I've had in a long time! I can't wait to eat there again! read more
