This facility is rat infested. We were told that the rat traps that are there are just…read moreprecautionary and that there were not pests. They lied. The manager was very curt with me today when I called to tell them they have rats and they ate through parts of my washer and dryer. They have ruined items that were precious to me as well. I'm devastated. They have it in the contract that they do not cover vermin damage. But they are fully aware the rats are there so should at minimum tell people who have belongings there. I also found a cockroach in front of a unit down another hall from me when I was taking pictures for proof. I told the manager I would post so people would know since they refuse to do so. The last photo is of the pile of stuff the rats made under my washing machine. Some of the feces is old and has been there for a while it appears. Apparently per the manager they are supposed to sweep that up every day.
