I could go on and on about Michelle -even gave me her cell phone, but some of the high points are that she introduces me to the latest products and tool to make my life easier. These tools like the wand, a modified curling iron that bends the hair instead of curling it and this great lightweight oil that helps cut down on frizz that comes as a result of Maryland summertime humidity. They were super rude to her and me and said too busy. They also then referred her to a salon that is closed. Way to help out someone in need (or at least treat someone with kindness). I am not sure if they thought my mom is old (she's not), or if they're just that rude and mean, but they just lost a good client and her zillion friends. Not to mention, I get my hair cut in NYC by the same stylist who cuts Olivia Palermo's hair, and I'm always asked for a good rec in MD.
